Would say it's well worth delving into the details in that updated interview as some of the UFO aspects sound very strange indeed (including the bizarre hissing noise).

Mrs. Smith, the only adult witness, said the UFO looked like a long burner. ‘I would say it was about four feet tall, at was ablaze at the end of it. Then there was more of a smoke — real dark carbon-like smoke — that looked like it was coming out of oblong holes. I don’t know what it was.’

Realise it sounds completely bonkers but it's certainly not the first time a UFO is reported to have 'burned' a UFO witness.
