Who knows. Maybe they have 'sign guys', and the more signs they post, the more money they get, or a "reminder" or prediction based on work experience where two uneven planes meet.
The irony here is that most of the really bad bumps don't come with a sign, and then I'm fixed on the instrument cluster to see if the TPMS is going to light up.
