Making an angry caller sound calmer...

I worked in a call center briefly in the early 2000s as well as much of my career was sales and customer service. So Ive dealt with irate customers and here's the problem. Sometimes cool and calm pisses the customer off even more, they are upset and they want you to feel thier angst.

It will work on some but not the most dedicated Karens of the world
His mind was not for rent to any god or government, always hopeful yet discontent. Knows changes aren't permanent, but change is ....
