People can say anything they want. 1st amendment. Those statements are not in the Hiring process. Rappers talk about all sorts of illegal things. It’s free speech. Different issue.
if someone feels they were not hired for race, etc they sue company. If they can find proof (recording job interview and someone says something, going through emails find something written, etc) then they get a big payout.
Disney straight up publishes their intention on their website. If they get sued I’m sure there are emails that will come out during discovery. They are setting it up to get sued. Even the guy in this video says it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Hope they get sued repeatedly into bankruptcy along with every other company doing this.
