Israeli Hostages Held by Hamas in UN Compound in Gaza
#1
No surprise.

The three Israeli hostages that were released this past weekend, were held in a United Nations compound in Gaza that is for civilians.  The 'civilians' had to know they were there.   The UN has refused to condemn the use of civilian facilities by Hamas.

Yet another example of why the United Nations is worse than useless, and yet another example of why Hamas and the 'palestinians' can never be trusted.

Israeli Hostages Held by Hamas in UN Compound in Gaza

Quote:On Sunday, three Israeli hostages, Romi Gonen, Emily Damari, and Doron Steinbrecher, were released and handed over to the Red Cross.

The young women have now been reunited with their families.

However, disturbing details of their ordeal have surfaced, including that the three women were held for at least part of their 471 days in captivity within United Nations shelters.

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs shared on X, “Former hostages Romi, Emily, and Doron were held in United Nations shelters in Gaza, which were meant for civilians. The UN refuses to condemn Hamas for hiding hostages in civilian spaces.”

The situation only worsens because the New Zealand government lacks the will to permanently cease funding the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). Taxpayer funds directed via foreign aid are indirectly funding Hamas. Hamas also uses UNRWA's school to brainwash the next generation into their terrorist/hatred of Jews Nazi-type ideology.

Apart from the absence of a viable replacement for Hamas, the other issue with regime change in Gaza is breaking the cycle of hatred fuelled by the likes of UNRWA.
