Or maybe it’s mass effect. Dropping technology so we develop tech in way they want us too… that lead to harvest also.

This seems to be feeling those in government studying this have. They seem to think it’s nefarious even though no open hostility has been displayed.

Oh I definitely think if there is Non-Human Intelligence it's either exploiting the GP in some ways and the military can't or wont put an end to it because we either got tech from them or the DoD knows there is nothing we can do and would look completely clueless

The concerns of both commercial pilots & military flights over UAP/UFO incursions I find both a normal reaction & not hyperbole. For those who lean towards all the threat chatter as the precursor to another false flag or funding grab?

Note I use the word incursion.
There are long standing flight restrictions over military facilities that apply to everyone. Anyone or anything doing flight "zoomies" over them is by definition a "incursion". Add to that the astronomical numbers of civilian experiences up to & including abductions then yeah! Concern is warranted & just basic common sense.

There may be truth to this narrative, at least originally, that the UAP/UFO topic or disclosure was just another MIC funding grab but I think we're way past that given the current mood of the American People. EVERYONE at this point wants a accounting of our tax dollars. The MIC may still try to siphon off some cash but it's just gotten phenomenally more difficult. Something I think the MIC wasn't ready for.

so to pull this discussion back to the fringe, what do you folks think about the idea that the govmt must keep ufo/uap an unadmitted secret, because to come out and acknowledge them would be a violation of the treaty of greada?

Quote:Details of the agreement with the Greys leaked by whistle-blowers include non-interference in human affairs in exchange for accommodation on Earth under conditions of secrecy. In return, they would furnish the U.S. government with advanced technology to help the country to stay ahead of enemy nations. The Greys also agreed they would not approach any other nation to make a treaty.

if they don't maintain conditions of secrecy, then all deals are off and pnti weaponized memes remake the world? something that doesn't seem to be happening now since there's no evidence of them in our pooter networks.

Looks like there's a follow-up Senate meeting next Tuesday (Nov 19):

Thats an interesting theory at first glance it would explain why we have parts of the government seemingly pushing for information and the actual departments involved being reticent

The potential downside is that once the MIC gets the congresspeople up to speed in the SCIF we could expect to see cover-up and subterfuge as they try and convince coerce or threaten the subcommittee's members that secrecy is the only choice.

Another conclusion could be the Greys and DoD have both already broken the treaty, which would semi-fit the ultra-fringe theory that we have already had a war with the Greys and others, as the theory goes we were working with them fine, but they stopped reporting on who and how many are being abducted, and knowing our government departments they no doubt screwed up somehow, as the story goes we weren't supposed to use tech for war, but that's exactly what one or a group of our MIC companies did.

All this led to the alleged was at Dulce Base, some aliens and soldiers were killed, I first heard the story on ATS early 2000s and even downloaded the Dulce Base .pdf from a link on the thread... now the whole story has been hijacked its hard to believe any of it, now help from the Phil Schnieder angle

I also get the feeling from time to time that the narrative is evolving based on the zeitgeist rather than actual events.

Definitely, so we all have are theories. We hear slivers of testimony its human nature to try and connect the dots.

If I had to bet its not aliens but just some military Black Ops existing in an ever-increasing paranoid world. Collectively we aren't exactly in our best mental state

The object of secrecy can also be to conceal past actions and policies which can be considered now as 'wrong-headed' or even criminal.

A good example would be the Kennedy assassinations which even today might be so damaging to the established order, that revealing them will go beyond embarrassment and perhaps enter the realm of criminality or treason.  Can't have that.

I'm guessing that this is the precursor to "what can we do about it" aka "give us some money"

They already have as much money as they need. That's not an issue. Specific appropriations would only be a tool for making a splash utilizing them. It's interesting to note that unlike the House meeting, the Senate subcommittee members have much greater security clearance and are read into many more areas. Hence the closed door meeting, which in their best case would go something like: "So what's up AARO? Nothing? Cool.", followed by positioning themselves for whatever public posturing must be done.

It's telling the order of the meetings: closed-door first, then a public on-the-record. One might naively think it should be the opposite.

Who knows. I'm only speculating.
