Google (and X and Facebook) can enforce whatever terms of service they desire.
However it should be illegal to use any of their services as an official channel for dissemination of government information, as that is using the necessity of government as a strong-arm to force the public discourse into an arena of limited speech, which violates the 1st amendment. If any of those companies want to act as an official government communication channel, they must follow common-carrier rules and impose exactly zero ideological speech-filters. To do otherwise is poisonous to the public weal. Cancel all Congressional Twitter accounts. Delete the WhiteHouse YouTube channel.

Yes, fortunately there is the free-market to fill that gap, which it could do very quickly. But yes, it's almost like they wanted to privatize freedom of the press, as an end-run around Constitutional restrictions on infringement. Silly government, lacking foresight!
