Care to add anything to the situation in Pokrovsk? Besides stomping your feet and attacking the OP?

Here is another source on the situation.  Anything more from Lord Bebo?  Whoever he might be?

I will leave this here...its WillyOAM's reporting on the current situation in Ukraine. One of the most honest reporters I have found on the matter and he even supports Ukraine for the most part...and was heavily reporting in favor of Ukraine when he first started his coverage. Very interesting reporting for sure and it doesn't look good for Ukraine without the rose colored glasses on.

He’s doing everything in his power to keep dragging this war on.
Instead of losing just Crimea, he’s now going to lose everything east of the Dnipro river, which is about half the country.

Its really just a matter of time. Putin has made it clear that Ukraine is Russian.

Crimea was just the start. It does not end at the eastern oblast's or at the Dnieper River. That's not the destination its just the direction the Russians are heading in. Eventually all of Ukraine will be part of Russia, unless something changes in Ukraine's favor.

I don't mind the dispassionate analysis of military action;

I kind of hesitate on 'tactics' ... it's almost never faithful to reality when delivered by
a  media-selected "talking head"...

If you really want to know... ask people who are there... (ooops... that's not in
the profile of a "journalist" nowadays.)

Each talking head builds on a narrative... notably not their own.

Some seed their narrative with name-dropping and  virtue signals, adding the odd adjective or characterization...
I find most to be hazards to the truth, and quite unwitting victims of the myopia of cloisterism™...

Still... I always reminds myself of the clump of human remains that used to be a little girl... lying in the rubble...
a testament to someones' "virtue."

I have to agree with you there.
They need to get rid of Zelensky and get someone in there who will stop this thing before Putin takes it all.
Zelensky is not operating in good faith on behalf of his countrymen and has done everything to sabotage peace talks.
Only other way is for the Russian people to stand up and get rid of Putin but I don’t think they have it in them.

He agreed to Trump's proposed ceasefire.  Putin didn't.

How on Earth is it Zelensky who is sabotaging peace talks?

Putin has made it clear that he is interested in nothing but capitulation.

I don't necessarily see Zelenski as the problem.

The problem is that Russia has invaded, and will continue to take land until they control all of Ukraine. No matter who is president of Ukraine.

Ukraine's best hope is to hold out until Russia bankrupts themselves again.

Also EU just recently announced on Friday it cut off aid to Ukraine worth 1.5 billion euros, or $1.7 billion over corruption concerns.

Not to mention the massive protests past days in Ukraine. It’s getting pretty bad and hasn’t been a good week for Zelensky.

Even more current analysis of the lines and whats actually happening...this mapper has been one of the most accurate and only updates territories when geolocations can be made for 100% proof. It sure looks likes a slow start to a full collapse of the lines. How long can Ukraine keep this up with negative recruitment numbers and refusing to conscript the 18-25 age group. Well its a rock and a hard place...they use that last age group they have no male workforce for 5-10 years really...if they don't there won't be much left if any of Ukraine to work in...
