It totally incapacitates you. They call it a 'k hole' for a reason. K is the epitome of a downer. It's virtually impossible to stand up while on it. Your vision drastically changes and you don't have any balance.
My money would be on some type of upper like cocaine.
Out of body experience is how i would rate that nasty stuff, your like sitting there watching yourself say and do absolute nonsense and spout madness.
But yeah, it can be quite incapacitating.
The thing is, if you mix it with other opioids like coc@ine, it can have a somewhat different effect, less sedating.
And his vision and facial movements during that interview did look rather suspect imho.

Some X.com rumors
Elon went after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent FWIW
His mind was not for rent to any god or government
Always hopeful yet discontent, knows changes aren't permanent
But change is

Sounds like a handbags at dawn scenario if ever there was one.

Nah, that's old news. It happened in mid April. Way before Elon got the black eye.

Oh right, i see, my bad.
Care to speculate as to who did give him that shiner this time around?
I dont think Stephen Miller is a big fan of Musk's right now, wonder if it was him.

I wish I could. With all the alleged drug use, Elon may not even know himself.
With all the other leaks coming out of the white house, i think we would hear about another altercation.

Concluded something similar myself.
He's probably just woke up that way, and doesn't have a scooby as to what really happened.
I dont think my first choice of lie would have been to blame a 4-year-old all the same.
Dont do drugs kids, or at least leave the horse tranquilizers alone.

Every time I did it, it was with coke. The shit straight up knocks you out into tunnel vision. Anytime I did it, it completely counteracted the coke.
Side note: both are disgusting drugs.

End of the day, god knows what's in Elon's personal medicine basket.
I imagine it would be the best of gear all the same. LoL
Apparently, he also dabbles with psilocybin(cool stuff) and all sorts of other drugs.
And mixing the likes of mushrooms with other narcotics can be a recipe for disaster, same with LSD.
As to the tunnel vision, yeah i remember that myself.
Just to note I've not done anything like that in the better part of two decades aside from the psilocybin of course.
