I'm new here...

And I am an amateur investigative journalist who has recently been exposed to this world. I'm a total newbie, but I have a bunch of friends, simply by virtue of where I live, with a bunch of people who work for some pretty crazy sounding companies like SAIC and General Atomics, and they have some crazy stories, especially today, so I thought I would join the party!
Hope my ignorance doesn't;t offend anybody!

Hello Sarah,

Welcome to deny ignorance...

Since I love the ideas of both actual investigation and actual journalists; I will offer (humbly) something that seems like 'experience' in the realm of DI.

There are absolutely no wrong questions.

Read around, find something interesting... go for it.
Ask, share, add... it's all good.

Plus there are some genuinely great members to speak with...

I can't wait to see you on the threads.

It's good to see our membership increasing with members who are are new to this.
What made you decide to take a peek into this little world and what subjects do you find interesting?

"Yet so it is, we see the illiterate bulk of mankind that walk the high-road of plain common sense, and are governed by the dictates of nature, for the most part easy and undisturbed. To them nothing that is familiar appears unaccountable or difficult to comprehend."

A warm summer welcome to the Deny Ignorance community. Try replacing ignorance with the learning paradox. The more you find out about a chosen subject, the more it feels like you know less. Oh, and that cycle never ends.  [Image: welcome.gif]
