Scammed…

On December 30, my mom called me and asked if I could find a good flavanol for her blood pressure and order it for her. I did some research and found a good flavanol drink on Amazon.

I ordered it for her. This order went to a third party site. I paid Amazon. On Jan 4, I received an email from some Chinese company telling me that a label has been created.

Last week I tracked the package and it said Jan 9, it will be delivered. Nothing came. The 10th I received an email from the company telling me that my product is late and they will update me next week with a new delivery date.

This message was not from Amazon. Amazon does not work this way. Today I called Amazon with the tracking number, they could not find the package and told me it’s lost. The guy told me he is sending me an email about my lost package and a phone number of a third party to call about my order. I told him but I paid Amazon and you should deal with this.

I finally said that I will call them. I called the 800 number and a person answered and did not even speak English. I decided to tell him off in English. He started yelling at me with an Indian accent. At the end he told me I could f his cow and he hung up.

I called Amazon and I told them I was scammed and I want a refund for $89. He told me your order seems like it never shipped. I told him I have a screen shot of the shipping. He put me on hold and after 10 min I hung up.

I called my credit card company. They had a charge from a .co company for $89. After explaining what happened he canceled my card and gave me a credit for $89. Told me in 7 to 10 days I will get a new card.

So now I don’t have my credit card or my mom’s product. Lol

Yes, it seems like everyone is getting scammed. I am not using them again for ordering. No way

Oftentimes its not a scam, its the carrier warehouse being 'too large' and they kind of go back and forth around in there.
A few times my 'next day' shipment took like 3 or 4 days and it moved around in the same building just like yours did.
Too much volume.

Even if it's a Prime order, sometimes they use third parties, too.
And as you mentioned sometimes it's even worse if it's from overseas.  They use weird rinky dink carriers that you can't really properly track.

Yes, you are right. It most likely got moved all over the place and finally lost.

I still feel scammed because I had to get a refund through my credit card company! Oh well, it’s life!

I don't buy from any Chinese company off Amazon. I try to buy products from my own country to promote our economy.

Always use a credit card or Pay Pal and you won't get scammed. They will charge back to the failed delivery. With Pay Pal you don't give anyone your credit card information.

Talk about really dangerous, I have my Paypal hooked up to my Ebay account.. . . . .instant shopping.
Then you 'Make offer' for fun , cuz you're saving like 30% and they accept it! OK i was not expecting that! :D

I'm not so sure about that. The last two times I used PayPal, I needed to get new cards issued due to fraudulent activity.

I avoid them now.

I have to ask what the particular flavanol. Was there a particular brand

We just started drinking more green and black teas, and we love and eat apples too.

I have been told these flavanol-rich foods help.
