On December 30, my mom called me and asked if I could find a good flavanol for her blood pressure and order it for her. I did some research and found a good flavanol drink on Amazon.
I ordered it for her. This order went to a third party site. I paid Amazon. On Jan 4, I received an email from some Chinese company telling me that a label has been created.
Last week I tracked the package and it said Jan 9, it will be delivered. Nothing came. The 10th I received an email from the company telling me that my product is late and they will update me next week with a new delivery date.
This message was not from Amazon. Amazon does not work this way. Today I called Amazon with the tracking number, they could not find the package and told me it’s lost. The guy told me he is sending me an email about my lost package and a phone number of a third party to call about my order. I told him but I paid Amazon and you should deal with this.
I finally said that I will call them. I called the 800 number and a person answered and did not even speak English. I decided to tell him off in English. He started yelling at me with an Indian accent. At the end he told me I could f his cow and he hung up.
I called Amazon and I told them I was scammed and I want a refund for $89. He told me your order seems like it never shipped. I told him I have a screen shot of the shipping. He put me on hold and after 10 min I hung up.
I called my credit card company. They had a charge from a .co company for $89. After explaining what happened he canceled my card and gave me a credit for $89. Told me in 7 to 10 days I will get a new card.
So now I don’t have my credit card or my mom’s product. Lol
