Bushmills’s does very nicely and you don’t have to spend a lot for it!

Thanks Tecate, I will try it because you recommended it. I honestly know nothing about the tastes of all the varieties of whiskey out there. The recipe I was going to follow suggested Jameson's whiskey, which is also Irish. So Irish whiskey it will be.
