So, wax lyrical or just blurt it out
Love this show

Seachange
If you have Stan or Netflix, worth a watch
Takes a couple of shows to warm up, a little bit woke for the 90s but very enjoyable
Slice of Aussie and needs recommending
Have I mentioned Mr Inbetween?

I loved "Mr Inbetween" wish there had been more than 3 seasons.

How's it "woke" through?

Just because Shoesmith was not racist or homophobic does not make something woke.

I thought the show dealt with some rather serious issues, but Ray was far from being "woke" imho.

I loved his character.

Dont think its from the 90s either, premiered in December 2018.

There is a movie also called "The Magician," which was a precursor to the show, if anyone's interested.

Edit: I take it you mean Seachange, not Mr Inbetween, my mistake, i read things back to front sometimes.

I could not work that one out there for a minute. LoL

There was a period of Australian afternoon telly that was great (bias, naturally as it was the period when I was a child). Mission: Top Secret, Spellbinder, Round the Twist, Thunderstone, Ocean Girl, Half Way Across the universe and turn left, and the foreign stuff like Tintin, Monkey Magic, the Goodies, Myaterious Cities of Gold….
