Don't know how much reading folks have done on 'syringe-injectable neural nanotechnologies' targeting the human brain via 'network-centric warfare' but apparently it's not science fiction.
Undisclosed nanotechnologies were always a concern concerning pandemic response 'injectables' and apparently the individual put in charge of 'Operation Warpspeed' was head of research into 'brain machine interface'.
Decades long DARPA research (and a rather disturbing NATO report) is brought up in the short vid below and did see the Dutch Health Minister recently admitted they were under direct NATO control during pandemic response.

Lots of military intelligence chatter over the years about 'adding humans as nodes on a bio digital AI network' so maybe all this is not as outlandish as it sounds.
Apparently DARPA can now manipulate viruses to introduce new genes into the human body which then carries DNA into certain brain cells (basically the genetic manipulation of the human brain)

Specially engineered viruses (and injections) which internally manipulate human genetics and the work of Charles Lieber and Robert Langer are also being discussed.
I found that interesting because Robert Langer is the co-founder of Moderna.
