Its just ruffles your feathers that anyone else can be a subject matter expert in aviation doesn't it? You've held that title at ATS and now here as if everyone should just bow to your "vast knowledge" without any opposition. You are not privy to the information you claim as fact so yes, it is your opinion. If you and these other participants want to believe your story that Hegseth flew into Area-51 to observe an aircraft that isn't built or tested there then so be it, I'm saying its BS based on what I know. First, I've reread everything I've posted here and I don't believe I ever "ordered" you to do anything.  I only asked of you what you seem to be asking of everyone else.  And, I'm very aware that Boeing has a test site in St. Louis.  That really doesn't lead to 2+2 equaling 4.

I'm not sure Zahphod58's feathers are anymore ruffled than yours but that's between you two.

I started this thread based on a discussion at a website that has been doing this kind of thing since October 1999.  Do the math, 25+ years.  These people are not amateurs despite what you think of them.  Did you even bother to go read their work or watch the video?  If you are the expert in this subject as you claim to be I'd be interested in you listing, specifically, the flaws in their reporting.  Spouting that it is BS without any foundation kinda reflects badly back on you, don't you think?

Whether Hegseth went to see a presentation on the demonstrators, the F-47, or whatever we’ll never know. But it’s pretty clear that there was a VIP visit to Groom from Nellis, and all the evidence is that it was SecDef. It was also reported that DNI (I forget her name) was involved, so my money is on an ISR dog and pony personally. It also appears that the visit lasted overnight, meaning whatever it was most likely flew that night.

The information I'm reading at dreamlandresort.com mentions the visit only lasted over 1 hour, not overnight.  Where do you see the overnight indication?  That would be something.

The E-4B was still parked at Nellis the next day. A visit of an hour shouldn’t have required a long crew rest, considering that the crew is probably augmented. Even allowing for crew rest they should have been gone before the time it was photographed the next day.

Did you read the timeline I linked to?  It shows the Janet flights leaving Groom back to Nellis after only an hour.  Of course, these flights are going back and forth multiple times daily so that isn't an indication that the VIPs didn't spend the night.  Really interesting, don't you think?

That’s actually very common with Janet though. They don’t like sitting on the base longer than they have to. Did they go back to Nellis, or McCarren? I’ve watched a bunch of Janet flights to TTR, and it’s rare for them to be on base longer than 45 minutes to an hour. Too many hoops to jump through to secure the crew where they can’t see anything.

A buddy of mine took a picture of the base on the second and the E-4B was still there. Someone said it was even there on the third. So if he left the same day it was on the C-40, not the E-4B.
