Great reply there mate and lots more examples to post - my thoughts have been going in the same direction recently and consciousness (even though science doesn't know what it is) does seem to play a role in some of these experiences.
Certainly some food for thought there that it's the witness (and not the watch) that is being affected and there's another relevant thread here about time anomalies - you're absolutely right that it's interesting to think about lol.
There's another case below from Red River Valley in Minnesota where Police Officer Val Johnson witnessed a UFO descend on his car causing him to lose consciousness - apparently the patrol car clock and officer's wristwatch also both lost 14 minutes.
Also don't know if you've come across this freaky case but there are some pretty bizarre aspects.

Quote:There was a crack in the windshield on the driver's side, that ran from top to bottom, with four apparent impacts. The electric clock was running 14 minutes slow, as was Johnson's wristwatch.

Quote:The women told Black about the abduction and its effects on their bodies. For instance, all three women had lost weight and Louise said her parakeet became upset when she tried to touch it. Her Nova also had lasting electrical problems and her alarm clock stopped working after she touched it.
