"Nocturnal lights" are the lowest point on the Hynek Scale. Not much you can say about them except, "I saw a light in the sky."

On the upside if a couple "zoomed" off it makes chinese lanterns less probable. 
Wouldn't worry about what others think. You did the right thing. Pics or it didn't happen, something most people seem incapable of! 

Plus most things eventually come out in the wash.
If it was drones, planes being moved for "reasons" or military exercise, word will eventually get around. If it was straight up weirdness more people will come forward.

I did see this below. They were moving against the wind. I ruled out Chinese Lanterns. They could have been big freaking glow bugs! lol

Isn't it a bit late in the season for glow bugs? Sure our little heat wave is pretty odd for November but seems improbable? BTW pretty sure other vehicles don't also stop to "bug watch".

The last thing I need in this life is seeing "Princess UFO" parked anywhere near me. It's hard to be terrified when you're looking for the Disney Logo instead of worrying about ET's prancing out in pink tutu's. Gary Larson World 2.0.

Nothing was going on that late. There was another report from someone seeing the same sighting 6 miles East.

The farms you see are massive houses lol. Orchard Lake Village is a snotty weathy area!

Nice photos! It’s odd seeing the city you grew up in from the air!

The wind was blowing West to East and whatever I saw was moving East to West!

Talk about densification   looking east is futile.

So what else stood out for you, you keep mentioning bugs...why where you not sure about the size and speed?  Was the sky clear, cloudy? Seems kind of hazy from the video, if it was super high up I think it would have casted shadows.
