But then again, a mega church preacher just got 6 months for sexual abuse of a 12 year old, so it does seem the justice system is changing their stance on it.

There are people in prison for possession of weed. Not distribution, simple possession. It’s legal in most states, and they’re locked up for not hurting a soul unless you argue their own.

She trafficked minors, and has only done about a quarter of her sentence. And I promise, if you or I got charged with that, our sentence would have been much harsher without those connections she had.

So no. She shouldn’t get off for good behavior. Not now, not in four years. She already had a bone thrown to her by getting transferred to club fed when she doesn’t meet the requirements.

Look at what he is making his base try and justify. This is the reason he struggles to lead anyone in the country who isn’t a vehement supporter.

So you’re not standing by the activist liberal judges who let violent people out early for ‘good behavior’ and who sentence violent people(judge assassin) to laughably small sentences?

Seriously .... no president should have pardon power.
It was necessary at the end of the Civil War when Lincoln invoked it.
We needed it to heal the country.

I think that was a failure of justice just like Maxwell very well may be if she gets released.

Maxwell hasn’t been pardoned and likely will not by Trump.
There’s no win in it, as you admitted as well.

The only reason anybody is talking about her still is because Trump.
