Trump was FBI informant?

It's due to the pressure coming from ---ironically--Democrats and Republican congressman Massie who is now considered a traitor

The credit does go to Trump - partially.
It was his direction to release the files.

The Democrats get zero credit at all - they said nothing about it for 4 years under Biden.

But Bozo the Judge ran with it anyway.
Prosecutors fabricated an unnamed "crime" they could use to claim Trump's mislabeled (on Quicken) payments were to conceal an "underlaying" crime.
That crime doesn't even appear in the charges against him, though without it the payments would have been misdemeanors and unchargeable ones at that due to the statute of limitations.
The magic unnamed crime elevated the charges to felonies and bypassed the statute of limitations.
A novel legal theory never tried before in any court.

Odds are the whole thing will be thrown out which is why two prosecutors before Bragg declined to charge Trump with any crime in this case.

The conviction of Trump in NY has not gone away as far as i know - only sentencing has been delayed whilst he is President.
That's what I thought anyway.

That's total bullshit

There was nothing in "phase 1" of the file release that wasn't already public

Phase 2 never took place. The case was abruptly closed with the announcement of no more files to be released

Only 4 Republicans signed Massie's petition because Trump is threatening them not to sign

Republicans are fighting transparency every step of the way

The credit for what??  Trying to block the Epstein investigation??

Or do you mean the 'release' of the same information 3 times now, that's already in the public domain??

That's how it stood for a while. From late May 2024 to January 10 2025.
The judge was forced to stop his little game of preventing any appeal to the case - there's no appeal as long as there's no sentencing - so he gave Trump an unconditional discharge, absolving him of any imprisonment, fine or other punishment, leaving the conviction in place and opening the avenue to Trump's appeal.

Why did you leave out the 33,295 files released on September 2nd from your list?

WASHINGTON—Today, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released 33,295 pages of Epstein-related records that were provided by the U.S. Department of Justice. On August 5, Chairman Comer issued a subpoena for records related to Mr. Jeffrey Epstein, and the Department of Justice has indicated it will continue producing those records while ensuring the redaction of victim identities and any child sexual abuse material.

Also, your hero Massie claims to care about victims yet he hasn’t said a word about the killing of Iryna Zuruskas….

“Let the record show that Thomas Massie who claims to care about victims has not yet posted 1 time about Iryna Zuruskas killing.

How can he claim to be for victims but not mention what happened 1 time.....”

Because it's just a re-hash of the previously released files. Maybe Trump and the DOJ think releasing the same info 3 times will fool his MAGA base and get them to change the subject, letting off all the criminal pedo's.

Quote:The newly released documents include hundreds of images of court filings and body camera footage from police searches, as well as summaries of law enforcement interviews with victims detailing the abuse they suffered.
But the information, released yesterday by the House Oversight Committee, isn’t completely new.

It’s always a joy to call you out for being disingenuous.
When you have to lie, you really have no valid argument.
“Not completely new” LoL
That’s like “fiery mostly peaceful”.

It's not disingenuous.

Many news outlets and sites are reporting that the info released is exactly the same as previous releases.
If you want to claim it's not and allow Trump for some reason to protect a bunch of pedo's, you just carry on as usual with your blind faith

Oh, and the line "when you have to lie, you really have no valid argument" should be the new mantra for Dementia Don supporters!!!  Thumbup
