Trump and Epstein were great buddies

If the House reconvenes, maybe they can finally tackle those Epstein files

You claimed the government was shutdown indefinitely.

It looks like it will be opened.

Then you put up another illusion of a roadblock.  When the Biden administration and the FBI director’s daughter as a prosecutor had years to release Epstein files or purse justice for the victims.  Where the Epstein mess goes back many past administrations.  And across many individual US state agencies and prosecutors.

The Epstein case doesn’t hinge on some magical power of the presidency.  Where it would only take one leaker.
I wonder what would happen if Trump declassified all Epstein files, without redaction.

Probably several lawsuits over victims privacy.

So? The President is immune to those.

I'm just saying, I'm sure there are classified files on this stuff, as many politicians and foreign heads of state enjoyed their massages from teenagers... do we expect that the nation security apparatus ignore this?

I don’t think he is nor the federal government is immune to civil suits where victims rights are clearly violated.

Then they need to open up the years of  “files” of where the congress and senate had a tax payer slush fund for settling sexual harassment cases with none disclosure agreements.

that fund might be easier to expose unredacted than the Epstein file due to victim rights and laws surrounding crimes against minors. The fund would mostly expose which Congressional rep used it and when. The victim names and what happened wouldn't, or shouldn't, be listed since it's just money being used, but the name of the person taking money from the fund would be exposed.

I did say indefinitely based on the theory that the House was recessed to avoid forcing a vote on the Epstein files so like I said, if the House reconvenes, they should be able to pick up right where they left off

I put up another illusion of a roadblock? Can you explain why Grijalva hasn't been sworn in? Even she doesn't know why

Yeah, you keep bringing up Biden and past administrations dropping the ball and I continually have to point out to you that both Democrats and Republicans are implicated. This isn't a partisan issue, although there are many like you pushing to make it politically devisive due to your devotion to your political leaders.

Are you saying you don't want the Epstein files released because of the possibility of lawsuits brought against Trump? That's a stark departure from your stance on public school abuse scandal when you were lecturing how we should all push for accountability
