Such a weird take. They say they "don't subscribe to gender ideology".

So then they think that transpeople are gay men and lesbian women who are cross-dressing.

Then wouldn't they want those gay and lesbian individuals to be able to find representation in their organization?

I would love to support THESE connected groups, but its like they are purposely satinizing the LGBT of gender politics until its comfortable to 1990 through 2015 standards again.

Might as well say: "This is the acceptable LGB expression we'll allow, NO T!"

Because Im way more The LGB keep the T,  I made this meme for my Lavender Thread, but feel has application beyond. And feel validates the social condition.

it all looks fairly new only 6500 followers on X.com, and I haven't found an American chapter...

I analyze the "gay press" on the daily: PinkNews, LGBTQ Nation, LA & Washington Blade, Holy Bullies and Headless Monsters and sometimes The Advocate and a few others with one of my favorites probably being Erin in the Morning

All have condemned efforts and organizations that want to remove the T.

Trans and gender non-conforming people have always been an instrumental part of the gay rights movement. Those now in the drop the T factions are just cowards and chickenshits for not standing up for those who have stood up for them.

Too bad they also think that distancing themselves from the T will somehow save them without realizing their heads and lives are next on the chopping block.

Fools.

And right now it might as well be considered: "State Approved LGBT". 

Its built on transphobia and exclusion more than advocacy and inclusion.

"We could handle the lesbians and gays, marriage, and even service, but we draw the line at transsexuals because its just too far and uncomfortable for us! We'd rather fund a version of LGB we can tolerate."  

Priorities!

I think those preferring the "LGB" just want to avoid the stigma. Dont want to be affiliated with the scarlet letter.  Its fear more than anything. They dont want to have to socially defend more than they need too.

Like here.  You get far better treatment if you do the "Gays Against Groomers" thing.  Its like the acceptable LGB with no T variation that doesnt trigger deep-seated whatever. 

We must be mindful the discomfort transitioned people cause, afterall! 

To me, I see too much of a spectrum between butch lesbian and transmasculine or flamboyance and transfeminine to exclude the T for others feels.

Its a fucking brainworm of biblical proportions. The transphobic Tecate Gusano keeping everyone obsessed by the discomfort.  

This is more divide and conquer shit.  Creating Christ-Approved Rainbows in a manner of speaking.

And at that point, you kinda WANT to self apply the pro-trans scarlet letter for the hell of it.  Not like its a crime.

That's kind of how all minorities' timeline trajectories to normalization are; it's one of the issues Dave Chappelle brings up.

There are different dynamics and ratios involved, when its a higher percentage compared to lower ones


Basically, in a free society of millions of diverse people can only force-feed so much minority acceptance in one sitting, and then you have the inevitable backlash, pendulum swing, etc.

not saying it's right or wrong, it just is...

It's just part of the human condition, no doubt somewhat based on ancient tribalism.

We rarely evolve directly from point A to B, we progress in starts, stops, and sometimes reverse, then progress slowly marches on
