One of the most horrific parts in this film is when these vaccine-injured people were finally starting to network and get help with each other as a support group, they eventually held a press conference to talk about their issues, and basically say that vaccine injuries are real and for them to be taken seriously, and then when it hit the big media, particularly like CNN, the story was spun into showcasing these victims as promoting misinformation and conspiracy theories.  Those particular news media pieces were so abhorently and deliberately biased against the issue of vaccine injuries, that the only explanation, from what I can tell, is that intelligence agencies and national security had that particular information spun, to keep it from gaining public traction etc.

  I have the suspicion that this vaccine was supposed to have killed more people off than it actually did, A massive amount of logistics a money went into this thing the blame would have fell on the Covid bug. It might have been that the centralized logistics of the vaccine and the speed of production made the product inefficient and midazolam was used as a back up. If it was a depopulation attempt, they couldn't leave it too long before real science had a good look at it. A stuff up in any centralized control system would have had this reaction.
 You can see the twisted rationale as there must be a point where society gets unstable as redundancies and AI start to fuel a unemployment catastrophe.

The COVID virus and the vaccine both were fairly unsatisfactory, in terms of culling the population.  I think it's possible that it was more of a money grab by Big Pharma and all intertwined government programs etc.  Or it was just a big accident, that ended up turning in to a money grab by Big Pharma - because they are always up for something like that!
