Awesome thread OP. And yes I have. Besides the possibility of CGI I really enjoyed the first-hand accounts. While only a few from the 1800-1900s (?), some of them are rather compelling including the one of the missionary that got bit and did not live.

I dig all kinds of cryptid stuff so thanks again for this.

Weird stuff exists on the Earth that we haven't even found yet.

I believe the Earth is filled with goodness and fluffy peachy stuff from
a benevolent Creator. But others who are malevolent to his creation
can also create but are limited by conditions of which certain spells
or rituauls can help these manifestations. That's just how I link the 
chain that connects everything knowing EVERYTHING is connected.
Therefore that's why I say spiders are from hell and run away like
a little girl. Yes the screaming and that whole bit. My two fears in
life Spiders and got damn Sharks F23k Sharks! lol

As a side note, I’ve always wanted to call in to work “sick”.

Reason being “giant spiders.” Absolutely zero elaboration when asked what’s meant.
