Perhaps the prosecution couldn't get as many witnesses as they had hoped, to testify against him. There were an awful lot of people at those 'freak-offs', so one would have thought they'd have dozens of witnesses speaking out about him getting victims in from other states, etc.
I expected more.
There is no doubt the prosecution was rigged.
We are the mere sheep to them.
Look up Nathan Reynolds.....

This trial doesn’t make it seem like there were a high number of people at the freak offs, just my impression from the recaps…

Yeah, Maurene did a good job of keeping her pals out of the crossfire. The whole damn thing was rigged from the beginning.

Defense are not calling any witnesses...
I would have got at the very least a forensic psychiatrist, but I never did finish law school.
I was not here.

Defense closing arguments happening now. This thing is going to wrap soon. My money is on him getting off. The prosecution failed.

I don't think I've ever seen "cuck" as a verb, and yet I knew exactly what you meant, so well done. I think it is a bit of a sticky wicket in that those who were present to witness his actions/behaviors were likely also complicit in them. I would imagine there were hundreds of folk that participated in the 'freak-offs', but few that felt confident enough in their lack of participation to testify. Like MAD, it is MAR -- mutually assured ruination.
If there is proof in court that he drugged anyone and forced them to engage in sex against their will, that is enough, as far as I am concerned. Some kind of prison sentence is necessary. If there were underage participants, the minimum should be 10 years.
ETA: Sorry, the "cuck" verb was from the person you were responding to.

If he is let off, then those celebrities that said nothing about all this, yet videos exist showing them involved are at fault of covering this up as well. Hell, Justine Biber alone should have conspiracy charges pressed against him for not saying a damn thing about being a victim while underaged.
In my opinion, this is when exposing everyone that went to these parties and knew what was going on but didn't open their mouths about it need to be hauled in front of the cameras and explain themselves or go the hell away from the public.

What was done to Drake was enough to put Diddy away, imo.
