The Official I Need Some Help With My Avatar Thread
#1
Some things never change.  One of those things for me, and maybe for many of you, is the ability to make cure and/or clever avatars.
I'm all thumbs, or wrong left brain/right brain situated for artistic endeavor with size limits.

Therefore, I am here to start a thread where the art-challenged can get a shiny new avatar....
And make the first request.

Can someone here please size this Christmas avatar for me:

Probably will need a larger resolution to work with...
His mind was not for rent to any god or government, always hopeful yet discontent. Knows changes aren't permanent, but change is ....

Pretty much where did you get the picture from? Is it an online picture? or a personal one?

if it's a personal one, you can retake the picture if it's online we may find one with a higher resolution, ran it through Google search though, and couldn't find it

LOL let me know, I want to see what the picture looks like..

It's the thumbnail render from the ats upload system. Just gotta remove the thumbnail directory from the url. So it'd be https://files.abovetopsecret.com/files/i...80bbbd.jpg

DontTreadOnMe this is what I came up with last night. Used a gradient with a transparent center to turn it into a background image, and then used the oil paint filter to blend it into the rest of the image. Lost a little brightness on the star but I think it came out okay.

Very cool image lol didn't realize it was intentionally so swirly, I'm gonna need glasses soon. What's that at the bottom of the tree an elephant or anteater?

I did myself no favors staring at a computer all day at work. Coming home and doing the same thing all night working on ads, marketing BS, and spreadsheets, and then jumping on ATS to relax

I have been told and have just started trying to do eye exercises, like looking out of your periphery and holding it for 10 seconds if you feel it while holding it in one position you are straining your muscles that your eyes use too much.

Supposedly for every hour on the computer you need to do those exercises and roll your eyes like a teenage girl talking to her parents
