Trying to find how many of these jets they already have produced I found an article showing an underside view of one.

Not sure what I am seeing, not my specialty to identify efficiency or amount of firepower they are capable of having.

Never found how many they have operational yet.

They don’t have any operational. They’re purely testbed airframes.

Quote:So when I see folks talking like China already has squadrons of sixth-gen ghosts prowling the skies, I have to laugh. What we’re really looking at are a couple of testbeds and a lot of grainy photos. The rest is just click-bait dressed up as analysis.
Yep its the same when the Su57 dropped and Russian fan bois and media were spruiking about the 30 odd airframes they had.LOL they had 5 I think.

Reuben Johnson (National Security Journal) seems to really like that “has a message for” tagline. He certainly has used it before… A cursory look at his past articles leaves one with the distinct impression that he also relies on sensationalist headlines that appear to be aimed at people whose only expose to these subjects are other Reuben Johnson articles.

It is also worth noting that the rhythm and flow of his articles has changed quite a bit in the last 18-24 months. “Established” writers don’t typically do that… I am wondering if, perhaps, he has started to rely on ChatGPT or similar LLM programs to do his “writing” for him.
