it seems like an excessive police dispatch for an allegedly fight between teenagers firing up fireworks. Some people's in the discussion at Reddit says is totally justified for a possible active public shooting but what is not justified is that there's zero footage of the incident. Zero.
In our time and age of 2024 with practically every teen owning a phone in a busy Miami mall. That's beyond strange and very much questionable.

Yeah it's very unusual that in this day and age when people whip out a phone for anything, that there is next to nothing but 240p street cam recordings across the road. I've been, and still am, researching various sources and a video of this guy who was there was saying something like, and I'm paraphrasing:

'You gotta understand, this wasn't like no fight where people crowd around and try and get the best footage, this was something people ain't never seen before and they were scared for their lives and hauling ass'

In the same research session someone was saying that for a period of 45 seconds or so there was complete radio silence. I'm going to have to find it and share here in this thread, maybe not tonight though as it's late where I am.

According to my sources this is old TikTok news.. they "sorted this all out with footage and everything."

Except all footage available is AFTER the responders arrived.  And nothing from the event itself that wasn't 'directly acquired.'

Or do I have that wrong?... I'm not trying to besmirch the cumulative analytical powers of professional screen-tappers... just I don't feel comfortable simply accepting a TikTok consensus at face value.

As far as I know, there are two videos of the 'Creatures'. One is from a member of the public and is very hard to watch with being blurry and at a distance and apparently zoomed in so the quality is terrible. That one depicts three alleged shadowy figures approximately 6 -5 feet apart and at least 10ft high but honestly, the way AI is these days, I just opted to not include it as it could be a BS homemade video and could possible detract from the thread.

The other is a cam from across the street, up high, perhaps on a hotel. That one depicts one of these 'Creatures' gliding down the street, but as to be expected in these cases, terrible footage with artifacts, ghosting effects and low fps, so it could just be one or two people walking along, I chose not to include that one also for the same reasons.

In that one, however, there are two or three police cruisers parked, with flashing lights, facing the area where this supposed creature was walking or gliding as it was described. The flashing lights are on and as far as I'm aware, the dash cams are always recording in police cruisers? I digress, my point being that the dash cam footage should be available for a FOIA request. In fact, every cruiser and officer that was present should be FOIA applicable as well as radio dispatch communications.

A user in this thread 'chivo' posted some links up and there is one of a news report of the police cruisers down the whole of that strip. I counted upwards of at least 60 cruisers. 60! All for what, a few kids fighting, setting off fireworks... wait, that was the first story, then it changed to 50 kids fighting and in a gunfight then back to kids throwing fireworks at each other. But once again, I digress my point this time being there are potentially 60 dash cam recordings to FOIA and possible at least 100 officer bodycams.

A while back there was a similar 'incident' in Vegas with what looked like a fireball hurtling across the guy and then a man rang the police and said there are intruders in the yard that look like aliens. I know, you don't have to tell me how that sounds, the humor is not lost on me I promise you. I'll add that to the thread when I have time too.

I think for now though I'm going to watch a movie, maybe an alien invasion movie and pick this up tomorrow.

When it happened I saw a pic of the cop cars in a row and thought "training exercise" but then I remembered pigs have no training and only exercise at "super secret mens saunas".

If it  were serious, the pigs would be too sacred to anywhere near there, the weak scum wont even engage inn a firefight with a lone shooter in a school.

If you have been in a situation where there are tanks in the road telling you to turn around, you would know the pig response was pathetic and all for show.

I understand you have had a bad encounter with them and how you feel but this is not the place. Perhaps create a thread about it in an appropriate forum?
