So on January 1, 2024, Bayside Marketplace in Miami turns into this wild unexplainable mess. Cops say it was just 50 teens brawling setting off fireworks that got mistaken for gunshots. They rolled up with like 60 police cars arrested four kids for burglary theft and battery. But come on that story's weak for that kind of response. Witnesses are screaming about 8 to 10 foot shadow creatures and there's talk of a government coverup. Also, i need help finding a missing video that changed what I thought on it. The change going from 'Yup, that's strange' to 'Hold on a minute, why's this G man saying words like [People not ready] [This is all I'm authorised to discuss]'

That’s more than some mass shootings like Vegas 2017 (Which is a whole other thread). Witnesses on X and Reddit say it wasn’t kids. They saw tall gray shadowlike figures some 8 to 10 feet moving quiet, phasing through crowds even vanishing.

Heres where it gets crazy. I saw a 1 minute Reddit video in the last 7 days (late June 2025) of some government employee saying they're not allowed to talk more about the Miami Mall thing and people aren't ready for the truth (What the hell does that even mean?). Now its gone. Vanished from Reddit and X. Was this a fed? A mall worker? It was cryptic AF and screams coverup especially with claims of power outages, silenced witnesses and no EMS even though people were freaking out. Anyone got this video or know where its at? I need to rewatch it.

I just found the entire story strange from the start and like I said, I had pretty much lost interest in the topic until that video on Reddit the other day. So a story about kids fighting and setting off fireworks and then that pivoting to what can only be described as 'mass hysteria', is strange on it's own and nothing more needed to be said, if it was a cover up (The devil is in the details, so to speak).

And then, some gubmint' guy starts saying 'Oh I'm not authorised and people aren't ready' is extremely suspect. A good analogy would be your house is on fire, but is only contained in a small area. The fire is almost out with one tiny ember remaining, all is almost well again so you throw a bucket of gasoline on the ember then the fire is raging again, only it's more difficult to extinguish.

I mean, this video can be no older (in terms of when I viewed it) than 7 days. It was on the conspiracy subreddit and was about 1 minute long. As for when the actual video was recorded, I don't know. It has definitely piqued my interest again.

My gut tells me this was as advertised.  Dumb kids doing dumb things.  I can totally respect the amount of response seeing how in today's societal climate, anything can happen at any time.

Now....the conspiracy side of me tingles a bit based on the following:
- lack of videos.   Like OP said, kids today are attached to their cell phones and will record a bug crawling if they deem it worthy of a tic tock.
- gov psyop?   Bluebeam?
