The Kansas City Demon if I heard about it I have since forgotten. What an eerie picture

Quote:Kansas City Winged Demon
The Kansas City Demon has only been sighted a handful of times (roughly 4 times) in Kansas City, Missouri, but it has left a lasting mark on those who have seen it. One girl involved in the first sighting passed out upon escaping the creature.
The Demon is described as the size of a man or taller, with a 12 foot wingspan. The wings are leathery like a bat's, and the face is that of an "ugly man". When on land, it moves in a "wobbly" way. It is apparently strong enough to shake a house.
A theory states that the Kansas City Winged Demon may be some sort of a large bird, a small pterosaur, a giant bat or a "winged goblin".

That is an eerie pic, it was in the Daily Fail newspaper back in Jan 2017. Someone commented that it was a palm tree?

Heard one story that the Vietnam vets that got the early versions on night vision that was in the red zone saw a lot of these kind of beings. They are not as viable in the more common green zone of night vision these days.
Still getting a lot of weird stuff when night vision is pointed to the night sky.

I could see a palm tree in Arizona, Kansas City Missouri not so much. Generally, I'd say the rest of the pic looks more Arizona-like. That said googled palm trees at sunset and didn't find any demonlike ones in a cursory search
first reference i can find is from a Pennsylvania news station saying the pic is from Arizona, dont know why the later one labeled it KC

Man, I want a flamethrower, bad if I didn't have a postage stamp for a yard I'd get one.
Pareidolia though I'd be roasting a palm tree before I figured it out. I do like what somebody said about the picture some asshole knew what it looked like in the daylight, and still looked out the window and at first said WTF.
No doubt some vestige of a survival mechanism runs first and asks questions later

I think after seeing something like that your 'run first ask questions later' would be most peoples go to!

Childhood’s End! Such an underrated and lesser known book! I can see actual contact coming out the way the books portrays it.
It has always made me wonder, with all the current theories of the Gods being aliens, could it not be that Demons are all aliens as well?
