More recently the urban myths about the greys have included tales of their "spiritual nature" being that since they can clone new bodies and send them anywhere and use their technology to re-enter new bodies, life is not very precious to them in an individual mortality sense.  They are said to be able to store "souls" in containers like prisoners to prevent them from entering new bodies and that they visit earth to harvest such souls and drop off bad ones.

I heard it on one of those paranormal podcasts some time ago, probably a year or more, so my memory is sort of fuzzy since I listen to a long continuously changing list of podcasts.

The details of the comment were paraphrased: "They then kill their captive (human) in a 'sealed' room that disallows the 'soul' from escaping should they lose control of it. And immediately following the death the 'soul' is forced into a large container that stands over 8 feet tall and made of advanced materials designed to hold the 'soul' within.  The containers are stored in deep isolated chambers with extremely thick walls much like hazardous waste containers here on Earth. The 'souls' can be released at a later time by opening the containers, or forced into a new body. They can be stored in this manner indefinitely."

Yeah it sounds a lot like Ghostbusters lol.

1- Big eyes no eyelashes or way to protect thier eyes from wind or flying debris not to mention the SUN - They would need special eye ware to protect thier eyes and vision.

2- Look at the skin color - suggest that they come from a darker less radiated planet large eyes also supports this .

3- Body type long slim small suggest they come from a planet with very low gravity and need suits to deal with Earths gravity just like divers .

Bottom line is they could not endure Earths atomosphere or its weather without protective gear - Greys can not be live ET's or even us from the future IF and I mean IF the greys are a actual thing they are not biological.

i wouldn't focus on greys as an example. this image simply popularized due to few encounters became mainstream.

Them come in squares that float, glowing spheres, gremlins and many more shapes.
My guess, if greys are bio robots, then they must be a simplified version of their creators.
but what about all these other possible life forms? Do they wear a space suite as well or it is a natural form.

But we have such a limited exposure to environments different than our own.
