The Eileen Wang Case: A Case Study in How Foreign Intelligence Cultivates Politicians

Glad it’s caught your attention that spies in our government is an issue. Truly. And yeah the CCP in American politics is an issue. Good thing Trump is about to show Xi the belly and bail on Taiwan. Stand up leader that he is and all.

And anyone could write page after page in threads on how the U.S. serves at the behest of Israel, all of which you’d cry about. All being true of course. But I digress. It’s good they got her.

Having foreign interests of any persuasion serve at any level is not something I dig.

Glad you can differentiate. And there is no narrative. Just facts bud. People with dual-citizenship serve at the behest of their home country. Not American constituents. This isn’t news. Big difference. Odd Because the Hebrew Ham, Randy Fine, wants only dual-citizenship folks from his country to serve in the U.S. House and Senate. Not anyone that has ties elsewhere. “Rules for thee…” and all.

”Some people are more equal than others.”

Chinese spies in our country is bad.

We should all be against that.

Even if the Chinese spy was a registered democrat.

*Spies in our country are bad. Fixed it. And yeah. I agree.

But let’s try an exercise to prove your point.

Im pro-BRICS. But pro-American.

I’m pro-OPEC, But Pro-American.

I’m pro Globalism. But pro-American.

Im pro-CCP. But pro-American.

Ya dig?

Either you’re pro-American if you live in the states. And yeah, I can acknowledge that being pro-American can mean different things to different people. That’s one of the things that makes America great and also unique.

But trying to be two birds at once don’t fly.

Trying to change the narrative won't work.

Start a thread if you want to talk about anything else, then I can ignore it completely.

That town or area has a lot of Asian voters in it.  Did a check and the Asians and Asian blends seem to be about two and a half to one compared to the white and blacks living there.

So it would be expected that the Asians there would back an Asian person in office.  I could not find out exactly what she had done to get her charged, but I suppose they suppressed that because she has not gone to trial yet.  I saw some instances of what they said she did, but I am sure there is way more to it than what I saw, someday we will know what she did in total that got her charged

Speaking of which, and maybe I missed it.

What was she ended up charged with? Anyone know?

Foreign espionage is no small feat.

What are you sleuths waiting for? Start connecting some dots, start looking into her ex.
Who is he currently involved with?
Has he been involved with anyone or associated with anyone else currently in a government position?
What organizations does he donate to?
Follow his money.
What about her? Who else has she associated with?
What about her money?
Who is her staff?
Who is her staff connected to.

I gave you guys a yarn ball start unravelling  Tongue
Isn't that what made ATS fun?

I am just reading the court document and my question is that there is no doubt she had ties and/or a patriotic slant towards her country of origin, but was she really also just debunking certain American propaganda about China? Can the American legal system prove that China has slaves working in the cotton fields?

Her plea of guilty doesn't mean that she is actually guilty of what they want to charge her with, she may simply be taking a deal which is better for her. Just like her co-conspirator who probably chose a plea deal of 4 years instead of 10 years imprisonment. Who wouldn't?

"Key details of the case include:
  • Co-defendant: Yaoning "Mike" Sun, who was sentenced to four years in prison in February 2026 for similar charges.
  • Conduct: Wang reported engagement metrics to her handlers and received directives via encrypted messaging apps, including thanking a Chinese official as "leader."
  • City Response: Arcadia officials confirmed that the alleged conduct occurred before Wang was sworn into office and involved no misuse of city finances or decision-making processes.
  • Statement: Wang's attorneys stated she apologizes for "past personal mistakes" and maintains her devotion to the Arcadia community. " (LLM)

The burden of proof is now on the government.

"There has been no legal determination by a competent national or international court that China is committing genocide. However, the issue is heavily contested, with some governments and independent tribunals declaring it genocide, while China and other nations deny the allegations.
Accusations of Genocide
  • US Government: In January 2021, then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo officially declared that China was committing genocide against Uyghurs and other minorities in Xinjiang.
  • Canadian Parliament: The House of Commons Subcommittee on International Human Rights concluded in 2021 that China's actions constitute genocide under the Genocide Convention.
  • Uyghur Tribunal: An unofficial UK-based tribunal ruled in December 2021 that China had committed genocide, citing forced birth control and sterilization as primary evidence.
  • Other Bodies: The Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect and the Newlines Institute for Strategy and Policy have also published reports accusing China of genocide.
Denials and Lack of Legal Consensus
  • Chinese Government: Beijing consistently denies these accusations, calling them a "complete lie" and asserting that its policies in Xinjiang are aimed at combating terrorism and promoting stability.
  • International Courts: The International Criminal Court (ICC) declined to investigate because China is not a party to its Rome Statute. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) cannot take action without UN Security Council approval, which is blocked by China's veto power.
  • Other Governments: While some nations like the UK have not officially declared the actions genocide, citing the need for a legal determination by a competent court, others have passed parliamentary resolutions recognizing it. Several countries in Asia and Africa have supported China's policies as anti-terrorism measures. " (LLM)

The more podcasts/videos I watch from people from The West that visit China, the more I can see why nations that fail their people want to push propaganda against China.

What's in the video below:

Who and what China is.

China is already a great power - people in the West can not understand it through the Western prism.

The recent rise of China globally has them leading in manufacturing, robotics, vehicles, trading relationships etc.

"If you go to China you'll never see the world the same again."

Western people judge China by Western values and standards.

Chinese people look to the state to lead them in their best interests, unlike The West as seen during the Covid-19 pandemic where there was a nationwide protest there to relax restrictions, which they did, and cases began surging massively again.

Interview with author, Martin Jacques by Middle East Eye UNAPOLOGETIC.

If you don't have 2 hrs. to spend watching the video, here is a TED talk that sums it up. It is claimed, via an old silk scroll artwork, that the Chinese were the ones that invented golf...all in the TED talk.

Eileen Wang was born in China, she was raised under their culture, philosophies, and historical trials and tribulations - she is from extremely different civilizational roots.

She is pleading guilty to being a foreign agent in the U.S. government. She would not defect if they didn't have evidence and they would not make such high of an accusation against her without evidence either being that she is a publically elected official.

Please show me the deal of guilty that is better than the deal of being acquitted for innocence

I think she is between a rock and a hard place and knows there is really no way out when dealing with your justice(?) system. If anyone would know how it works, she would.

Right because the U.S. federal counterintelligence is always making mistakes like this Biggrin and they always plead guilty

You're trying awfully hard to keep the same narrative she had about China Agent Quint Biggrin
