Presidents have been using autopen for a long time. Trump used it in his previous administration, for example.

True Byrd. It's synecdoche in search of a legal basis. The implication being that Joe Biden himself was an "auto-pen", a brainless order-signing automata controlled by his puppet-masters, and not a real President at all. Thus anything Trump doesn't like that he did is invalid. You see, other Presidents weren't tools, they used the auto-pen as a tool, responsibly. Ahem.
Anyway yeah it's BS. But then again so was Biden, so it's a mudpit talking-point.

Let me guess without reading past your first paragraph...the only thing he legitimately signed was his sons pardon...

"Hype video: White House Official Confirms Elizabeth Warren Faked Biden’s Signature There isn't any way she was the only one"
Hype is a good word for this. As if Warren had control of the pen. This sounds like a smear campaign aimed at David Sacks perceived archenemy. From the link: "investor David Sacks, who is also the Trump administration's crypto czar, alleged that Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) was now involved in this circus. He later explained how Warren is the crypto community's archenemy. Presidents "use" autopen for informal letters, not binding documents of national consequence.

Apparently, it's considered as good as the original, if that was the president's intention, so they can use it whenever they want. But you have to actually prove that. I don't see the point. This is just taking the dottering idiot out of the attic and parading him around for all to see, as if we didn't already know how bad he is. Besides, what's to invalidate? Pardons? I'm glad for the pardons. No pleading the fifth. Just political theater, but not as bad as refusing to stand for a young boy with brain cancer getting honorary membership in the Secret Service. Harte
