There are quite a few suggestive numbers here.
August 8, 2014 was when the WHO declared Ebola a public health emergency. Their batched efforts led to WHO Director Margaret Chan to establish a $100 million contingency fund for rapid response to future emergencies. Funny how that works.

I still believe that Ebola plandemic was just that, a plandemic. It allowed mass testing of the infamous drug Remdesivir, Fauci established a strong media relationship after his personal care of Nina Pham. It was used to manipulate the public and was a live tabletop exercise.

You might notice that I am not a frequent flyer in this thread, I felt sometimes, that I don't want to veer off the main course of the thread.

But here... and your question... I am tempted.

It will always be possible that there is a systemic/operational reason of some kind to account for the changes... I am skeptical of this potential...

What is definitely changing are the check-sums of the posts in the archive... they would have to change if the file is changed in anyway... which means an administrator can see the when and who of the mystery...

the next step is asking them.
... and wait for techno-tap dance of an answer... or maybe even the facts.

I noticed that there were key words or phrases that seem to be the trigger to merge lines. Like Information Warfare.
But when I key in that phrase not all the posts with that phrase have lines merged. There must be a reason.
It does impact the meaning of the numbers.

The chapter "Silicone Valley" deals with his role in the silicon breast implant devices.

This all boils down to a manufactured crisis. Connie Chung aired an expose on December 10, 1990 about "breast implant illness" and she featured 3 different cases. At this point there had been no studies or research done, just her word.

"The company that made the silicone breast implant had paid CBS to run an ad, responding to the Chung report. It was set to run after a re-airing of the segment, and it gave a more balanced version of the story. But CBS cancelled the ad just before the episode ran without providing an explanation."

Before long suddenly many women were experiencing "breast implant illness" despite a "Poorly designed syndrome that included a vague constellation of symptoms such as malaise, fatigue, not sleeping well, hair loss, upset stomach, and brain fog."

Women then began having them removed.
"A lot of women got their silicone implants exchanged for saline implants, and the irony is that the silicone implants have fewer leaks than saline implants."

Then the lawyers became involved. "lawsuits against the manufacturer resulted in the requirement to warn patients about 'breast implant illness' before they had the procedure. This warning, in turn, gave the disease more legitimacy."

At this time David Kessler was the FDA Commissioner so we know something is going to be messed up.

"13 months after Chung's episode, the FDA made a big move. Kessler announced a temporary moratorium , and then a ban, on silicon implants."
"The FDA concern that silicone implants could trigger autoimmune disease came from a medical report of just 3 women."

He continued to stir the pot of fear along with help from the media. The issue became a firestorm and took up "an inordinate amount of regulatory scrutiny" meanwhile OxyContin use was on the rise.

"Kessler was demanding long term studies about the silicon breast implants but not for opioid products."


This is terrible. "The approval was based on a 14 day clinical trial in people with osteoarthritis. No effort was made by the FDA to monitor for complications like dependency, 'FDA believed the controlled- release formulation of OxyContin would result in less abuse potential. Footnote 17.
But this opinion was not based on any valid data. It was simply Purdue Pharma's claim, and Kessler bought into it."
