I found another clue in Billy's two books.

In "How the Prevent the Next Pandemic" he uses [I]ntroduction, and in "Source Code' he uses [P]rologue, which gives us 9/16= [25].

One of the strangest moments in the James Comey hearing came when he cryptically confirmed asking a close friend to leak a memo about his dealings with Trump to the press. Comey didn’t name him, but he was referring to Daniel C. Richman, a professor at Columbia University’s Law School best known as an adviser to Comey.

Comey: I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter. Didn’t do it myself for a variety of reasons. I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel. I asked a close friend to do it.
Sen. Susan Collins: Was that Mr. Wittes?
Comey: No.
Sen. Susan Collins: Who was it?
Comey: A close friend who is a professor at Columbia Law School.

Speculation immediately grew that Richman was the source. He did not respond to Vox’s request for comment about his role, but Richman’s friends, and Richman himself, confirmed that it was true.
So now we know he was one of Comey’s close “associates”

Comey reveals his contact, Dan Richman, at Columbia Law School, and what transpired on page 270 in his book "A Higher Loyalty".

Every time he was meeting with President Trump privately he was making notes about the conversation. He kept 1 copy at the FBI and made certain it was "unclassified." This was done for a specific reason. He made a second copy which he took home and put it in his safe.

He reveals that he did not trust the DOJ to do the "right" thing. At this point he had been fired.
  Very convenient that he took that step to have those notes unclassified.


"Now that I was a private citizen, I could do something. I decided I would prompt a media story by revealing the president's February 14 direction that I drop the Flynn investigation. That might force the Department of Justice to appoint a special prosecutor, who could then go get the tapes that Trump had tweeted about.    And, although I was banned from FBI property, I had a copy of my unclassified memo about his request stored securely at home."

The irony- he wouldn't allow a special prosecutor to take over the Hillary emails investigation.

Dan Richman had been providing legal advice to Comey after his firing. I would imagine that some kind of legal contract would have been signed, because lawyers do zip for free.

Comey gave a copy of the memo to him with instructions that he could share the substance but not the actual memo with the reporter. 

Comey was successful and Robert Mueller became the special prosecutor to lead the investigation of Russia, Russia, Russia.

He did something very odd- rather calculated. On June 8, 2017 when he testified before the Senate Select committee he "decided to write an account of some of my dealings with him and submit it in advance to the committee, so that I wouldn't need to speak for a long time at the start of my testimony, and to give the senators a chance to digest what I wrote and ask follow-up questions."

Instead he used that time to address the FBI staff- a farewell speech. President Trump had not allowed him to be on FBI property or address the staff. Pages 271-273.

Interesting article on the front page of the Wall Street Journal today-

Klaus has been cleared in the investigation over using WEF funding for cool things like massages.

There's something unusual here. The interim chairman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe "resigned after a meeting of trustees earlier this week to discuss the probe's conclusions."  "He raised concerns about a toxic work environment in his resignation letter, which hasn't been reported previously."

He has been replaced by two interim co-chairs- Larry Fink - Blackrock and Andre Hoffman.- Roche Pharma Group.

Apparently Schwab was cleared of all misdeeds -"minor irregularities, stemming from blurred lines between personal contributions and Forum operations, reflect deep commitment rather than intent of misconduct."
