Meanwhile, the standard for a positive conclusion would be 32 cases of infected enrollees but Pfizer had accumulated "over 90 positive outcomes before asking for the FDA to review". Footnote 25.

"When asked why he did not reveal Pfizer's data earlier, bourla asserted the revised guidance from the FDA precluded him from submitting hie EUA application until later than originally anticipated." Footnote 26.

Bigger problem- Biden's team had information on Pfizer's data on November 8, the evening before either President Trump or Secretary Azar had access to it..."

Former President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer, a spokesman announced Sunday.
The diagnosis was revealed after doctors found a “small nodule” on Biden’s prostate that “necessitated further evaluation” during a physical exam earlier this month.

So either Joe's already dead and they are just making excuses, or this is a ploy to prevent the media from talking about his term in office that was ran by Autopen. 

I hope Kash and Bondi don't drop the investigation because Joe dies. We need to know who was running the White House, and who's coke was left behind.
