Set up a chart starting in 2018 and ending in 2030. Plot their ages and you will see a pattern emerge. [17], [23], [25], [26].
Then add the granddaughter Leila, birthdate March 5, 2023. She will be 2 in 2025, added to Phoebe's age of [23]= [25]

On my chart I have recorded all the important events along with the strange timing of Jennifer Gates pregnancy announcements.

Starting on Page [23]- Ugur Sahin oddly was approached by the Gates Foundation Grand Challenges to do a presentation at their meeting in October 2018. It was odd because Sahin was using mRNA technology to provide individualized cancer therapies. At this point he had treated approx. 400 patients. He did the presentation and got to rub shoulder with the illustrious leader of the WHO- Tedros, and Angela Merkel.  On this page he notes "Gates had recently made an investment in an HIV program that ended up helping cancer."< words have meaning. Help?

Page [25]- "Later that afternoon, however, Ugur found himself in a stuffy hotel room, making his case, face-0t-face with the world's biggest philanthropist."

Ugur proceeded to teach Billy that the immune system could be hacked.

As you can see these numbers mean something.

Billy made a substantial investment in BioNTech, then when the plandemic was launched he took over the global response. Fortunately he had established GAVI [Global Vaccine delivery system.] He then sold those shares and at the WEF, in Davos, told a reporter that it was the best investment he had ever made. I believe he made $500 million in profits.
GAVI proved very important, as related by Paul Mango in the book "Warp Speed." gates had already worked out all of the legalities around introducing vaccines into different countries, so they were able to use the same system without all the bother and fuss of sorting out legalities.

I have been thinking along the same lines. I was watching a wild cat playing with a baby bunny. It would catch it, rough it up a bit, let it go and then chase it. Eventually finishing it off. They are playing with us.

Here is the testimony from Sarah Winn- Williams about Face Book's dealings with China. It is outrageous the length that MZ has gone to stop her from testifying. She is facing a lawsuit from them in the millions and each time she mentions FB she is fined $50K. So much for "free" speech.
