I will not defend Peter Marks or any of his colleagues and associates for what transpired during the execution of their offices. 
They have served their (obvious) true 'masters,' and will no doubt enjoy the many perks of being on the Pharma A-list.

However, this demonstrates why we need to protect the integrity and behavior of the (mostly politically-appointed) offices these people held.

By allowing these prestigious "leaders" of the services like FDA/CDC/NHI (etc. mostly all federal offices) to "play" with rules and regulations, when they are enforced, how they are enforced, and by whom... we let them create a situation of rampant abuse of authority, failures to report significant relationships outside the government, 'skirting' regulation with dubious authority, and most egregiously  threatening the safety of the entire human population.

Now the entire medical field has a taint upon it... and proven successful vaccine technology is being rejected because they proved that trusting them is not an option.

(not including the "COVID" gap in the immunological records...
it would be safe to say very nearly every flu was called and recorded as COVID during the 'event'. 
Talk about disinformation.)

I don't know about his research now anymore than I did while they were bucking the rules and researching this stuff overseas...

But when I do learn, I will say what I think about his "stem-cell" fixation.
I suspect the processes in stem cell technology are where the patents are...
That's what they are chasing... patents.

This is from 2017. Facebook senior management had been traveling to China for years. Mark Zuckerberg was obsessed with gaining access to the Chinese market and it appears that they would do anything. Meanwhile he was most keen on running for president. He was highly compromised.

Submarine cables-
"When FB started its major projects to get into China, it started working with Goog and the Chinese firm Pacific Light Data Communications to build undersea cables that could land in China and would connect China and the U.S." Page 313.
No government oversight- all for the money and customer base.

October 25, 2017 Microsoft bought a stake in FB -$240 million for a 1.6% stake.

FB was questioned by Congress as to what their role was with China- "They knew to keep secret what they were doing." Congress was especially concerned as to what tech had been transferred since FB had started secretly working with China in 2014. What tech advances had FB made and what tech info was transferred to China?

Facebook collaborated with the CCP to write the censorship software. "Facebook would build the facial recognition, photo tagging and other moderation tools to facilitate Chinese censorship." This allowed China to review all public/private messages "Including the messages received from outside China." They gave China bulk data access. They provided a gateway into the network and made the non China user data more vulnerable to hacking.

It gets worse if that's possible...
The POP servers were located in China. Non- Chinese users were located on these systems for short periods of time.
Legal expert "China will have access to the POP servers and there's nothing FB will do to protect U.S. and other citizens from that."
From the start FB stored Chinese user data in China under their terms. Other countries had requested the same consideration and were denied.
They developed an emergency switch to remove viral content regardless of where it had originated and then there was the Extreme Emergency Switch. They even developed a censorship tool that would 'automatically examine any content that had over 10 thousand views."

The FB censorship tool can do keyword and entity blocking as well.

FB partnered with Honey Capital a Chinese private equity firm- code name Jupitar.
"Honey would store all Chinese data in China and would establish a content moderation team responsible for working with the Chinee government."

"FB teamed up with Huawei ( already connected to being a tool for Chinese government surveillance)" and joined FB's Open Computer Project.
More than accommodating -"FB offered to teach China about Internet structure, so Chinese companies could compete better with U.S. firms like IBM and Cisco."

Apparently Cisco built China's internet firewall.

Millions and millions of dollars were spent on the China effort. "MZ instructed the most senior and respected engineers to work up what the CCP wanted and start building new censorship rules for Honey and convert everything into simplified Chinese."

Sarah had been given the responsibility for China so she was finding this information from detailed records of meetings and letters. She came across this dilly...

"We have already worked with San Francisco Chinese Consulate to take down terrorist sites that are potentially dangerous for China, and we will be happy to work more closely with all your embassies or consulates around the world to fight terrorism around the world."
That would include the supporters of Free Tibet.

"FB hired a Chief Editor and a staff of hundreds to enforce the government censorship and to protect the families of leadership."

"The complicity with the Chinese government is so extensive that the team concludes it's highly likely that the U.S. government will see the data warehouse in China as a target for its own intelligence collection and compromise it. FB is working so closely with China that now it'll have its own government breaking into its systems as if it were a foreign adversary? And that's just a given of doing business, rather than a serious red flag that you're on the wrong path?"

Hi Rook- it's me T3. There are going to be fireworks this week. I've been covering the book "Careless People " by Sarah Wynn- Williams. This book covers the evolution of Facebook and it is horrifying what they have done. Now it makes perfect sense why Facebook had an injunction to remove this book from circulation. Fortunately I managed to get a copy.

Are you on Twitter by any chance? I've made a point of not being on any social media but ATS and now Deny Ignorance.
If you are it would be great if you could let your followers know about the book "Careless People" by Sarah Wynn- Williams and that she is to testify this week as a Facebook whistleblower. Facebook has managed to have the book censored. I've been covering some key whistleblower facts from the book - just in case.

From what is in the book Facebook capitalizes on the fact that senators do not know what key questions they should be asking and that works in their favor. We can't have that now can we?

I too am skeptical of their stated population numbers. I am wondering if China pulled a quick one with Face Book. All the censorship software was developed in collaboration with the CCP and this was in 2017- 2 years before the release of the plandemic. Since I have trust issues it seems rather "helpful" to have this ready and waiting. After all we saw the most massive amount of censorship take place. We also have Microsoft and Goog closely connected to FB and they did censorship on steroids.

Remember when Mark Zuckerberg testified before Congress that FB did not target teenagers?

Page 333- "Confidential documents leaked that reveals FB is offering advertisers the opportunity to target 13-17 year olds across its platforms, including Instagram, during moments of vulnerability when they feel 'worthless', insecure, stressed, defeated, anxious, stupid, useless and feel like a failure. Or to target them when they're worried about their bodies and think of losing weight."

Apparently Sarah believed that there was someone at FB that was leaking information to the New York Times. On a number of occasions the team would get blind- sided by a reporter asking for their comments prior to publishing some shocking revelation.

If this isn't bad enough- "FB was monitoring their internet activity on and off FB's platform and use the data to target young people when they are vulnerable."

Does that mean that FB is never really turned off which would allow them to monitor their on-line activity. Or was there some co-ordination with Goog. The reason I bring that up is that many of FB's senior management had previously worked at Goog.

Anyone have any ideas about this?
