Actually there is a method to allow for an early election.
It’s Article V of the United States Constitution.
 
An Amendment (change to the current Presidential Election Day Act of 1845) can be called by Congress, or by a Convention of States (34 out of 50) and becomes a law when ratified by 38 of the 50 states.

why should fake Biden resign?
He has trolled everyone so far in an excellent way and must complete his task by handing the elections to Trump on a silver platter, safe from any type of electoral fraud and with a margin large enough to assign both chambers.
In my opinion he will not resign.
