The Leak Before the Leak

"It was the cover-up for the real scandal."

The real scandal had feathers- avian flu.

They've been tinkering again. H5N1 killed 60% of the infected people in some clusters.

I covered much earlier about the ferret experiments conducted by Ron Fouchier making it airborne. He then decided it was a brilliant  to publish all the details. When the 2014 pause in gain-of-function took place Fauci and friends rerouted the research to WIV. EcoHealth continued to funnel funds to them.

2018-2019
"While DEFUSE is being floated [you remember that one- furin cleavage insertions, prepandemic SARS upgrades], we're also cranking out avian flu studies that make the virus more human-compatible."

There is something clearly wrong with these people.

This bioweapon has a much higher kill rate than Covid. 

Suddenly all goes quiet.

- WHO flu surveillance reports suddenly dry up.
-Whispers about lab incidents.
-Dead researchers.
-Unexplained pneumonia.
-U.S. intel warning about "an incident" in Wuhan- but no one says what kind."

There were 3 different gain-of-function avian flu programs-
1. U.S DOD funding through DTRA.
2. NIH/NIAID grants routed through EcoHealth alliance.
3. USAID'S PREDICT program [ a wildlife sampling front disguised as global health infrastructure].


The hub was Wuhan.   So they weren't just tinkering with Covid but also were messing around with Avian flu.

The WHO FluNet system- the global database tracking influenza surveillance - starts going dark in key regions.

Fewer samples.
Missing sequence updates.
Labs reporting "technical issues".

Then EcoHealth acts weird. "They stop publishing H5 sequences from their field partners."

"The PREDICT funding gets quietly pulled in October."

These are some questions that should keep us up at night.

"Why did they shut down surveillance "right before a known pandemic- capable virus finally is undergoing aggressive enhancement in at least 2 labs?

Why does the WHO SCRUB SEQUENE ARCHIVES at the same time researchers are adding mutations to make H5N1 bind to human ACE2 receptors?

What if there was a lab leak involving avian flu?

"So you've got a virus- H5N1- that kills more than half the people it infects."

"Something GOT LOOSE in mid to late 2019-
but BURNED ITSELF OUT before it could make a splash."

As Fauci states there would be no deniability, no natural origin theories. They were actively enhancing it.
"COVID wasn't the catastrophe. It was the cover."

They are completely crazy. Making it more deadly and transmissible. 

  "From 2009- 2019, over 11,000 virus samples were shipped globally- some straight to Wuhan. Many of these were not coronaviruses. THEY WERE AVIAN INFLUENZAS. H5s, H7's.

"Highly pathogenic strains, some with internal mutations that make them ideal templates for human adaption studies."

They continued shipping them even after Covid emerged.

"If we were in the middle of the worst global outbreak in a century-  why the hell were we still shipping BIRD FLU to a lab we were supposedly investigating

"What's more likely? That a once-in-a-century coronavirus jumped to humans at the exact moment we were escalating bird flu enhancements?"

"I gave you a virus with training wheels to keep your eyes off the one that still has claws."

The Sample That Disappeared.

I'm trying to make sense of this.
"Some time between October and December 2019, a sample labeled H5N1-YZ- B.23 was transferred from a regional Chinese biobank to a "collaborative U.S. partner."

That looks like window dressing because in reality it went to ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND,-- U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases.

Once there it disappeared. Normally it is supposed to be logged in, sequenced and uploaded to GenBank with lots of details.

"Even the tracking sheet in PREDICT's cloud storage has a note: Processing status: withheld. Awaiting instructions."

Fauci asked around discretely what was going on. He was told "That strain was unusually virulent in ferret models. And had signs of prior passage.- it had already been enhanced. Somewhere by someone."

"H5N1-YZ-B23 had a CASE FATALITY RATE NORTH OF 50% IN MAMALS.
Airborne, stable at room temperature for longer than it should've been.

Fauci didn't see the full profile as he reasons that by seeing it would make him accountable for what happens next.

It was crucial that nothing leaked from that sample could ever become the headlines.

Because the moment that strain gets linked to our network- PREDICT, EcoHealth, WIV, UC Davis -It's over.

The Vaccine Came First.

"They were modeling H5N1 variants. Not Coronaviruses.
They even ran a trial batch of mRNA- based candidates in early 2019 by Moderna.
Moderna who had never successfully released a product before suddenly has mRNA libraries for influenza."

They seriously messed up. They tinkered with the virus to the point that it was so deadly that it killed the ferrets not allowing time for the vaccine to work.

DARPA memo-
"WE NEED A VIRAL CLASS WITH BROADER PUBLIC TOLERANCE AND LOWER LETHALITY. RECOMMEND PIVOT TO SEASONAL CORONAVIRUS BACKBONES."

Fauci- "It was easier to test mRNA in a sandbox virus than admit the real one was to dangerous to even discuss."

Late 2019 -
-BARDA starts "engagement conversations" with mRNA developers.
-NIH HOLDS AN mRNA SCALABILITY WORKSHOP.
-CEPI STARTS BUILDING DISTRIBUTION MODELS based on projected pandemic timelines.

At this point they couldn't use the avian flu so they selected Covid so that they could justify "THE SAME SOLUTION".

DARPA Prophecy program- "Develop countermeasures before the pathogen emerges."
"Create vaccines for viruses that don't exist yet, using data from lab built mutations."

The Avian flu was killing the ferrets too quickly so they pivoted to Covid so that they could deploy the platform. "A TECHNOLOGY TRIAL DISGUISED AS HUMANITARIAN RESPONSE."

Operation Warp Speed was not a vaccine deployment but rather a platform deployment.
Getting shots in arms was marketing but what was being tested was-
-mRNA delivery infrastructure.
-Cold chain logistics.
Regulatory bypass agility.
Public tolerance for experimental tech.
-Media synchronization under pressure.
- Global adoption rates by income tier.

Fauci states that 5 vaccines were not necessary but rather it was "scalable platform testing under emergency authority."

This is really bad.

It all started with AZT- Fauci knew that it was destroying bone marrow and killed faster than the virus.
"It wasn't about helping. It's about owning the protocol and shutting down anything cheap. Anything that worked too well."

He then used the same script for Covid. Remdesivir was repurposed. Originally it failed during the 2014 Ebola outbreak killing more people than Ebola itself. It was the perfect drug of choice- the NIH were paid royalties and Fauci made that the drug as the standard of care. "But it did one thing perfectly. Locked in the hospital system".

Paxlovid is just like AZT-  A protease inhibiter and expensive $530 per treatment. As we know there is the rebound effect- "Virus comes back stronger. So we tell people to take another course. That's not failure. That's subscription- based medicine."

"None of this is new. It's a franchise.
AZT. Remdesivir. Paxlovid."

Pathogen Supply Chain.

How did the virus get to Wuhan

"It got there through a state funded program called PREDICT which was run by USAID, Administered by UC Davis. Promoted as wildlife surveillance. In practice? A pathogen supply chain.

"Between 2009 and 2019, we funneled over 11,000 virus samples- collected from bats, rodents, primates, livestock -into foreign labs, including the Wuhan Institute of Virology."

This is weird- The PREDICT team collected samples in Yunnan Province, an area already known for harboring bat coronaviruses very close to SARS-CoV-2. And instead of storing them in U.S. labs? We sent them to Wuhan.

No backup archive, no formal storage agreement, no inspection protocol. Just boxes of frozen pathogens flown into a lab with KNOWN MILITARY TIES and LEAKY SAFETY RECORD.

Here are the key players-
-"USAID  wrote the checks.
-UC Davis ran point.
-EcoHealth Alliance acted as the middleman, coordinating sampling and sequence analysis.
- Metabiota, a biotech firm tied to U.S defense and intel contracts ran field logistics.
-WIV received, stored, and analyzed the samples- often under opaque, military- influenced conditions."

"It was a virus export program- with no downstream control."
"We didn't even know what we gave them." No chain of custody- nothing.

"We didn't just fund Wuhan. WE STOCKED IT."

Somehow Hunter Biden is involved.

"Metabiota was backed by Rosemont Seneca. As in, Hunter Biden's venture capital."

Metabiota were the ones moving the samples- quietly, globally, and with near- zero visibility."

Hunter is key.
"But his name on the cap table meant that no one was going to shut this thing down.
Not USAID, Not DTRA, Not NIH, Not the White House.

"Metabiota, for those just joining the party, is a so-called pandemic risk modeling company.
They received millions through USAID to collect, store, and ship pathogen samples around the globe. Also: HUNTER BIDEN 'S FIRM ROSEMOUNT SENECA INVESTED IN THEM.

There were emails. "Emails about Metabiota's strategic value in Ukraine.
Emails about their alignment with EcoHealth.
Emails with Peter Daszak's name not far behind. All in Hunter's inbox.

"Which makes things awkward when you're trying to explain why Metabiota was routing avian flu and coronavirus samples through China while sitting on the Biden cap table."

The Pentagon was funding EcoHealth through DTRA and backing Metabiota through USAID. DOD knew exactly what was being built- and where the samples were going.

NIH?
We reviewed the proposals. We saw the overlap between "Pandemic prevention" and offensive virology capabilities. We didn't reject them. Because if we did, we'd have to explain why we were funding them in the first place.
The intelligence community?
They were in the loop.

The CIA knew, the White House knew- the real  operators. The National Security council types. "We built the most dangerous virology pipeline in history."

I'm circling around focus for a specific reason. Fauci makes it clear that they took specific actions to ensure that the world was directed to focus on the WIV. While that was happening they were moving forward with the next part of the plan DEFUSE 2.

I'm going to break this down.

Somehow this makes sense on some level. 

Ralph Baric, the one who was up to his neck in the gain of function games, developed a technique making any modifications to the virus invisible. Almost got away with it except for it was a little too perfect.

One would expect that this technique would fall into the category of "Top Secret". Very curious, instead he published a paper in the journal Nature providing the blueprint/ Litigation Map on how to conduct this. Naturally everyone else now had the ability to conduct the same research.

According to Fauci the real pandemic was this, the technique.

So what they have set up is Metabiota supplying the virus pipeline. This pipeline is protected by Hunter Biden's involvement- basically untouchable.

This part is not in the book- during the roll-out of the plandemic I found it most curious how quickly it spread out world wide. I suspected at the time that there very well could be multiple lab leaks all coordinated to release at the same time.

Page 51 "You want to know what spread faster than SARS-COv-2? BARIC'S METHOD.
The paper came out.
The litigations maps.
The protocols.
The HOW-TO GUIDE ON HIDING A SYNTHETIC VIRUS in plain sight.

And suddenly everyone had a NO-SEE-UM KIT.

They did even more. "We trained them. We published with them. We SHARED THE METHOD LIKE IT WAS A VACCINE.
And guess what?

It was.

A VACCINE FOR ACCOUNTABILITY."

The invisibility by design provides a pass for "accountability from regulators but also from YOUR PEERS.
Nobody asks what you left out.
That's what made it dangerous. Not the viruses it built. BUT THE CULTURE IT CREATED. A generation of virologists raised on the idea that PROOF OF NATURAL ORIGIN WAS OPTIONAL- SO LONG AS THE GENOME DIDN'T SWITCH.

And here's where it gets ugly.

Once everyone was using the same method?
You couldn't trace ANYTHING."

So where was SARS-CoV-2 built?

"I could give you 5 cities, three labs."  I suspect this ties into the 3 DOTS.
All connected with one method.

This is what draws my interest- Every lab became a POTENTIAL PATIENT ZERO." "Which means none of them were."

This is diabolical- "When everyone's guilty, you pick the enemy."

-The funding trail.
-The bat caves.
-The Chinese firewall.
-The optics of secrecy.
-The right amount of blame-worthiness.
-And none of the power to fight back.

More eyes should be on UNC where Baric was tinkering. Even before DEFUSE "we were running live animal passage experiments." But instead the Focus was kept on Wuhan because the last thing that they wanted was any attention on what the rest of them were doing.
So NOBODY WANTED THE METHOD ON TRIAL.
And by keeping the Focus there? We PRESERVED THE SYSTEM.
The funding.
The journals.
The partnerships.
The NEXT ROUND OF RESEARCH.

Wuhan became the firewall.

Once Wuhan was selected the plan was supercharged. 
"The virus was real, the danger was real but the origin? Ambiguous.

Fauci used that ambiguity as leverage which gave them time to roll out the plans from DEFUSE.
-Emergency declaration.
-Funding boosts.
-Censorship partners.
-Fast-tracked approvals.
-New mRNA platforms.
-Global digital ID infrastructure.

Without DEFUSE There is no:
-Warp Speed.
-Boosters.
-Immunity passports.
-Social media "trusted flagger" systems.
-Spike-protein-as-a-platform.
-NEXT GENERATION VACCINE PIPELINE.

And NO PRE-CLEARED RUNWAY FOR THE NEXT OUTBREAK.

We didn't just cover out tracks. WE LAID NEW ONES."

While all this was going on a DEFUSE 2.0 was drafted. These people are crazy.

-New viruses.
-New partners.
-Same excuses - global biosecurity.

Gain-of-function became globalized AND WE MADE IT INDISPENSABLE. A FRAMEWORK.
