So, a couple things here...
I suggest breaking your issues down into a couple of categories and dealing with each of these categories separately. I say this because, after reading your posts on this matter, it seems as though you are 'wanting' a specific answer before you fully understand the question you are asking (no offense intended). If the answer you are really looking to hear is that you are being haunted, then this is the answer you will ultimately arrive at. If, on the other hand, you are looking to be freed from the things which are upsetting you, then there isn't really any point in any of us (or anyone else) telling you possible causes if you're seeking a specific solution. This is commonly known as...'a solution in search of a problem, or an answer in search of a question'. (again, no offense intended). In technical terms it is called 'confirmation bias'. So, what are the two categories I refer to? These are the two categories I would break things down into:
Regarding the physical issues you have noted, I would suggest two things. First, some of the symptoms you have listed may involve some type of issue with your inner ear. There are whole variety of inner-ear issues which can cause all sorts of balance, vision, dizziness, and other issues. The other thing I would suggest is getting your eyes checked. Conditions such as diabetes, blood pressure and other factors can affect the retina. A combination of inner ear and eye related issues can cause some of the symptoms you are experiencing. Once these physical issues start to manifest themselves they can, in turn, cause mental issues such as fear, depression, confusion, and behavior problems.
Regarding the mental issues, I would suggest getting any physical issues looked at first, and then try to address the remaining mental considerations one by one, starting with the most serious and debilitating first.
If, on the other hand, you desire this to be a poltergeist or something of that nature, well, I am not really qualified to assist you in that department.
Sincerely,
FCD
Edit - Some questions you should be asking yourself (and answering)...

Edit - Some questions you should be asking yourself (and answering)...
- Have you been taking any new medications, or have any of your existing meds had their dosages changed since the problems started?
- Have you developed any new medical conditions since the problems started?
- If yes to the above, what methods are being used to treat these medical conditions?
- Have there been any significant life-events since the problems started? Things like a death in the family, major financial events, major emotional events (divorce / separation, etc.), pet loss, friend moving away, etc.?
- Have there been any notable physical changes to yourself or loved ones? Things such as major weight loss / gain, hair loss, sexual performance issues, etc.)?
- Have there been any significant outside changes which impact you or loved ones? Things such as job loss, retirement, job change, relocation, etc.?
