Slaughter Bots! How to Fight Back!

The drones would only be used for attacks on individuals and small groups. You would have to be considered a great or immediate threat to the AI system to get droned.

I hope they can over ride or turn off AI if they have to.  The drones could be used for any target a human or AI wants to kill.

You could have a nano drone watching you right now. You would never know. A sitting duck.

Subterranean perceptions.

I guess you could hide deep underground from them.

I think the cage would work if it was big enough how is a drone going to get past when it cant receive directions where to go. EMP way too expensive Biggrin we need to mexican this with the Faraday mijo

Edited because I had a better idea *and by better i mean cheaper Biggrin*. With a large enough dish we could transmit out and jam all of them at once. FCC will hate us though Biggrin or love us if we save them too

No need for AI, an EMP pulse would kill everything with electronics.

Most humans gladly buy tracking devices. You are likely using one now. No need for nanobot trackers for the masses. Just a few chosen targets that do not have their own personal tracker.
I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

"My, you are leaking coolent at an alarming rate. Would you like me to fix that with some hot resin?"

Humans must sometimes do things that give them away to the robots.

Ok, so you want to fight flying drones? Simple, millions of helium balloons with kevlar strings. They will get sucked in and jam their propellers. Now, where do you get the money for the helium and balloons. I don't know that one.

Remember to tie a knot in the end of the strings to catch onto the fixed wing drones.

If using shotguns, make the shells up with iron powder in addition to your preferred shot. The iron powder will jam their rare earth magnet motors.

If being attacked by a single drone. Use a crossbow pistol with a kevlar string on the bolt. Aim just over the drone so the string will bring it down.

For ground bots, you will need lots of small easy to break glass jars. Fill them with a mix of aluminum powder, chopped kevlar fiber and super glue. Throw as grenades to break on their surface. The glue and fibers will stop their moving parts. The aluminum and glue will stop any sensors and communication. You will need acetone for later interrogation and stripping of useable parts.

Explosive bottles with aluminum powder have many uses...
and it doesn't have to be just aluminum...

VERY dangerous but.. in theory...
capable of creating a cloud of radar fog...
or something like it...
for as long as it is suspended in the air... don't breathe it...
copper powder, or some aluminum/mix with gunpowder can also deliver some terrible 'melting' effects on anything exposed to it... tons of heat.

The "options" are limitless... and not really cool to 'discuss' in public.

If it wasn't a directional EMP weapon. Poland has a laser system for drones. Instead of using expensive missiles like the USA.
