It started fairly slowly,  mostly because I'm very sedentary.   My personal trainer started me exercising at just the very edge of my strength and stamina.  Although I'm a candidate for all those Un-Fun knee procedures (shots in the knee, replacement), between the exercises and weight loss (using a nutritionist), I can now walk without a cane and even jog a tiny bit.   At this point (age 77) I'm in better shape and have more energy and feel better than I did four years ago.

My heart arrythmia (v-fib -- "ventricular fibrillation) is under control and my heart ejection function is excellent.  My balance is much better and I can quickly get off the ground if I fall (which I did last year, while climbing around on a volcano in Costa Rica.)

So... normal or even reduced pace of aging for me.   My friends on Facebook are sometimes a bit horrified by the things I get into at my age (ice skating.... a bunch of them were weirded out by that!)

You are correct.

People need to be ruled by authorities. Authorities and government "experts", "scientists" still promote the safe and effective narrative. But the thousands if not millions of documented adverse effects and deaths don't seem to register with the people that love to inject these drugs. They still even think they work when they have gotten sick after getting jabbed. They actually believe they were less sick because they had a shot. It's mind boggling that they still cling on to the same bogus talking points. Six years later all you can think is it's stockholm syndrome. Victims are everywhere trying to be heard along with countless credible doctors and researchers trying to inform those who will listen. Yet they cling to the belief that the injured and dead are "rare". 

It's probably the biggest ongoing psyop of all time using similar techniques perfected through MKUltra type research.

That would work only if these substances were in something you just ate.  It could do it in your intestine but the actual mineral isn't something you want in your bloodstream in big quantities.

"Detox" is one of those words that influencers use to scare you into buying a product.  If you're a normal, healthy human, your liver and kidneys will take care of these problems for you.  If you live in an environment that's toxic (think... the worst of China, India, Vietnam (cities with heavy pollution in both air and water.)  If you, like a few of my friends, need a kidney transplant then yes, there's a problem with heavy metals and you might need medical chelation therapy (as UltraBudgie hinted) which is a medical infusion.
