The girl's family are £30,000 up in crowdfunding because of those two halfwits.

Considering it's been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that she was the one in the wrong and breaking all sorts of different laws.

Surely they dont get to keep it, considering it would seem to have been obtained under false pretences.

There may be multiple crowd fundings. Some may be scams playing off the attention.

GoFundMe has terms of service that prohibit fundraising for the legal defense of violent crimes and has shut down campaigns for that reason. Other platforms, such as GiveSendGo, explicitly allow it, stating that everyone deserves access to due process.

If the campaigns were based on a lie, in the US, you can report it to the Federal Trade Commission. IDK what that would be there. I would look at whatever platforms being used ToS and if fault found there make it known to the platform, they would have no choice but to refund to donors. Thats the process.
