Robinson Preliminary Hearing Breakdown (Not the Trial)

I started watching the Tyler Robinson hearing in court using CourtTV but as I ran across and as Ian Carroll states, they can discuss one element of the investigation for two hours, so that is why I am following him and his AI assistant to get through this mire more easily.

Unfortunately, you have to watch his videos to get the clip by clip breakdown of this court case.




Just reading the comments will also help in learning what went on at the crime scene and how people believe that Robinson did not do this on his own.

Carroll is looking for new evidence because he wants to know more and so do I.

Would be why he chose that particular location?

How long had he planned it beforehand?

And what happened between the shooting and his surrender? 

Plenty of blanks that remain to be filled in or remain completely unanswered imho...

I know that you do not watch videos, so here is a summary.

This preliminary hearing is about the Charlie Kirk assassination (see other threads about this on DI) with the alleged suspect (who admitted to doing the killing), Tyler Robinson who supposedly had a transgender lover and who allegedly was spurred on to do this killing because of, what he said was Kirk's spreading of hatred.

Some of the facts coming out of this are very weird.

Just a few:

The suspected killer's first visit to the campus, he was filmed interacting with Kirk staff at the university campus, Turning Point USA, but no details were specified. They identified him as Robinson by his car or the car of interest.

They calculated the killer positioned himself and took the shot taking around a total of 15-30 seconds.

After shooting, suspect jumped off roof with weapon, hid weapon in bushes, then got in his car then went to eat, so says authorities. But a woman's home surveillance camera shows a bald-headed man with three passengers driving Robinson's car that same night.

Expert marksmen/snipers, at the end of the video I posted, are recreating the shooting circumstances using the same bullet/weapon types and shooting through meat with thick bone to show that caliber of bullet could not have been stopped by Kirk's C2 neck section and also that the point of entry should have gone through his teeth and perhaps jaw.

Lead investigator for Utah authorities did not secure the crime scene for more than three days, whereby the exact area where the killer jumped to the ground was dug up and paved over on the fourth day and the investigator knew nothing about it. The same lead investigator said he found a gun holder on the ground of the campus and just ignored it. He also said a plain clothed person with a badge and handgun followed him to investigate, but he didn't bother to ask who he was or where he worked. 

Authorities also found - now this is convoluted - either a bullet or casing on another roof and the explanation was that a police officer had 'cleared' his/her weapon and simply left the bullet/casing on the roof. If you watch law enforcement videos, this is not a police thing or rather law enforcement would never do this because anyone could find, pick up and use that bullet to kill someone and the DNA could be traced back to the officer.

While Kirk was bleeding to death in the car heading to the hospital, his security staff contacted Ben Shapiro's security staff, so says Ben Shapiro.

Loose ends? I'd say weirder and weirder inconsistencies that many say point to a frame up. For example, the suspected murder weapon, the rifle, the calibre was for shooting moose and elk where the ballistics expert said the retrieved bullet housing fragment plus four other fragments were of a smaller calibre, with also three other fragments missing or not provided to her.

The night of the murder: the texting between Robinson and his ex-lover...timelines don't match...wording of calibre from Robinson, an American, was calibre not caliber as every American would spell it, whereas the lead investigator in Utah at that time is rumored to originally be from a commonwealth country.

The prosecution had better be careful that this doesn't turn into a media circus because that would then mean Robinson as no way of getting a fair trial and he may very well walk free.
