I will say this, I really like where Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is putting the spotlight lately.
I find it REALLY hard not to support his intentions.

A quick search comes up with studies that have shown higher environmental risk factors for certain chemicals. Link Code: A landmark study published in JAMA Psychiatry found significant results. Children exposed to the highest levels of fine particulate air pollution during pregnancy face a 78% higher risk. This group has an increased chance of developing autism. This risk also applies during the first year of life compared to those with the lowest exposure levels.
Specific chemicals of concern include:
Fine particulate matter (PM2.5)
Nitrogen dioxide
Ozone
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)
Research also examined pharmaceutical exposures. Vaccines have been extensively studied. They show no association with autism risk. Prenatal exposure to valproate (an anti-seizure medication) is a risk factor identified in multiple studies.Clearly more needs to be done, its good this problem is getting more attention.

I like that they are going to look at environmental toxins. You have to consider the reason that genetics is tied to autism. Genetic snps or gensets interact with metabolism. He mentions methylation, with defects in methylation the genes often do not make a proper enzyme to detox certain chemistries or those genes are used to make an enzyme....enzymes are most often considered proteins...and that can lead to even improper enzymes and processes further down the line. Chemicals used on our foods can cause these genetic differences to be made worse. so an additive used to increase shelf life of produce can actually effect these genetics to cause disruptions in both the mothers contributions in the womb that can lead to problems and also in the food or diet of the newborn. Also not many studies have been done to properly assess medicines women take when pregnant because it is hard to know if they caused a problem when the kid seems normal when born but a few years later those changes that might have occurred during the pregnancy start to show up in the child. It is hard to determine if it was the medicine.
There is evidence of antibiotic use by the mother when pregnant and by administration to the child that is young can cause a slight increase in autism....but that does not explain the huge increase in the autism. There is also some evidence of multiple vaccines in children causing excess autism...but that is pretty hard to prove also and that can also be related to genetics too, some genetic groups might be more at risk than others of a reaction to vaccines. The present testing over the years seem to ignore different genetics from different people from around the world who migrated here over the years. I have lots of genetic snps that cause problems in the P450 enzymes that detox medicines....I can take meds for a short term, but not long term. And I cannot take the flu vaccine...not because of egg alergies either, I love eggs and eat a dozen a week or more with no issues. Now what about kids, my reaction to the flu vaccine is a cytokine storm, a doctor who witnessed it after he gave me a shot said I should never take the vaccine again. I got so sick...and I hardly get sick from the flu...just an inconvenience from getting the flu. Also, the DTAP, I get symptoms of whooping cough from that shot, but not from the tetnus shot I have gotten over the year, my body over reacts to it. Most illnesses symptoms are our immune response to the microbe or virus, our immune system over reacting by the signiture of the virus in our body can trigger a cytokine storm or bradykin storm. Since my symptoms seem to mimic the illness on steroids, my overreaction would be a bradykin storm I think. Now if a kid has this problem, what would an overreaction to a vaccine do to a kids brain or nervous system. Those who have said vaccines are safe for everyone will not investigate this, it would make them look bad to everyone. Beliefs and opinions interpret science. This is very true for medicine and chemicals added to food too. If they believe that something is safe because of a little evidence that only looks at short term consequences of side effects, they will not see the long term effects. I have read or scanned a couple of hundred thousand research articles and the conclusions sometimes do not match the research. I also have read articles before and after peer review, the peer reviewed articles exclude some of what the original research showed, it is re-written to make it fit consensus of the time...those big scientists do not want anyone thinking what they have been saying or what the medical industry has been saying was wrong...so they edit the info to make it acceptable. I also took twenty six medical classes, free ones....which would add up to maybe thirteen full time courses. I was triggered to do a lot of research to understand and be able to properly utilize what the classes taught. I kind of impressed some of the ones giving the classes with my comments after researching both sides of the issue they were discussing. I also compared the differences between the research parameters that came out with completely different outcomes and tried to analyze why there was so much difference...then checked my conclusions every time and most times found out my conclusions were right or partially right...the partially right made me have to research more and adjust my mindset to understand more in depth what was actually happening. My eyes are shot from over fifteen years of doing this, they got way worse after starting to use the led monitor, the crt was way better on the eyes. What did I learn? I learned that the more research you do with an open mind, the more research you have to do. And that you can never use your beliefs you hold or the knowledge you have accepted as real from research that was done narrow mindedly to come to a proper conclusion. The only belief I have that is true is that people will interpret evidence to make them seem more prestigious or to bring more funding to their research group. That is why you always have to look at what they were trying to find in the research and the parameters they used, and the pertinance of their conclusions. A fifty percent increase in cancer rate from something that only effects one in ten thousand people only means one and a half people in ten thousand will be effected

Speaking about eye health — Everyday I think about buying the blue light glasses because the strain on my eyes has been noticeable as of late. I should just do it already — you too. Because why not? I agree with you about having an open mind and wanting to analyze something from every possible angle, even your own findings. Excellent work on your behalf. Also, sorry you’ve had to deal with all the things you deal with. Hopefully you’ve figured enough of it out that you manage to be happy and healthy(Whatever that looks like for you).

Speaking about eye health — Everyday I think about buying the blue light glasses because the strain on my eyes has been noticeable as of late. I should just do it already — you too. Because why not? My daughters bought me some books on alchemy history around seventeen years ago and I read them. Some of the stuff was kind of weird, but some was relevant to health. The part I got out of it that was most important is testing of food and natural chemistries on oneself. I have read a lot on the health benefits of things and researched food chemistry extensively including the actions of pharmaceuticals and tested and evaluated the basis of the medical qualities and the basis of what pharmaceuticals on myself. Hacking the method of actions of pharma drugs became an interest to me, a challenge. I have learned to find the basis of pharma drugs way easier now and knowing the class of drugs and it's relation to food chemistry makes it way less time intensive now. Pharmaceutical method of action is mostly about promoting or inhibiting enzymes in our bodies Natural chemistries are extracted or created with similar properties to the natural chemistries and some adjuvants are added to boost effectiveness. But they are bypassing the natural digestive and metabolic factors, if a chemistry is in foods, our body senses that chemistry and will make extra enzymes to digest and metabolize the food that it is in sometimes. Hence, all medicines have side effects. I will make an example. far northern Europeans had restricted access to foods containing vitamin c in the winter. So they evolved to compensate for that. When they consume vitamin C they also make another enzyme that causes some digestive or metabolic issues due to a change in epigenetic ancesteral factors. How did they do this? They learned to pickle things, they acquired the ability to metabolize vinegar into vitamin C and create another enzyme to compensate for the leftover byproduct. So they get their vitamin C this way. When they eat a lot of fresh high vitamin C food or supplements they get vitamin C overload plus they also produce that other enzyme that causes symptoms like burny butt and screaming demons for a while. I was not able to find out exactly what long term effects that would give, because I couldn't find any research for that. If I take one big vitamin C tablet....I suffer for a day or two. So I researched it. The guidelines say when you hit tollerance levels on vitamin c that means stop taking it, one tablet is too much for me. Yet, Us far northern europeans do well with a couple of tablespoons of Braggs ACV with a tad bit of sugar in water and it is like medicine. Pickles on a burger help, so does pickled herring, sour kraut, Kimchi, and vinegar in salad dressings. Seems like the altered enzyme can treat some people who do not have access to fresh veggies but curses those who eat high vitamin c foods. That is why some people really do well with Apple cider vinegar and others don't. And this is just one metabolic difference, I have investigated many different ones but there is no benefit to me personally if my ancestors did not adapt to necessitate these differences. I have found that I am one point seven percent inuit....basically something like an Eskimo on my paternal side. The inuit survive with a different lifestyle and I have inherited certain metabolic differences from my father. Only about three percent of far north European guys have this trait, but twenty five percent of Far north European have the female version. And depending on which snps are mutated or not, the symptoms are different and the diseases created over time are different. CSID is my main issue, I crave breads and sweets, but cannot break down maltase or sucrose or some other polysacarides. That can cause symptoms similar to Chrones or other digestive issues or can create a really bad outcome diabetes if the gut breaks down and allows those improperly digested Di-sacarides to cross the intestinal barrier. I naturally have Hypoglycemia because of that. But I found that glutamine helped, took it for the head spins from eating lots of cooked cabbage in soups because cooking increases the sinigrin in cabbage that disrupts glutaminase and screws up the nerve syapses. Cabbage cooked in soups works pretty well to control my epilepsy I got from a car accident...since I cannot take the meds for epilepsy....apparently because of alterations in the p450 enzymes which are somewhat related to the inuit genetics and or Finnish genetics. The sinigrin is effective on epilepsy, and is potent against cancer and slows the replication of viruses too. It is like putting the anti-cancer effect of iso-thiocyanates on steroids...but there are also some side effects. These are a few examples and utilizing foods to control health can also have side effects. By far, the best control of my epilepsy is from asparagus, but the asparagaines in asparagus can turn to acrylamides if baked or grilled, same as asparagaines in potatoes that are fried...sauteing potatoes at lower heat in a frying pan do not create nearly as much. Asparagaines control seizures too, and have some properties that control anxiety or depression too...potatoes are part of my controling seizure activity. But since I have a class one to class two chitinase intolerance, I cannot eat bananas, avacados, and kiwi when I have potatoes or just about any root veggie and some other veggies. The chitinase in the latter are heat stable, so potatoes and carrots being cooked does not reduce the levels, banana chitinases are not heat stable, so I can eat banana bread. Kiwi is off the diet for me. so are avacados. I would rather eat strawberries than Kiwi anyday so I have avoided kiwi all my life, and also have disliked avacados too. Bananas make me cough, a tell tale sign I learned, the riper the banana gets the worse the reaction...but cooking it destroys that property mostly...but not all of it, I have to consume banana bread in moderation. Sorry for the long post, maybe some people will read this and it may help them a little. By the way, using a silver plated spoon or fork to eat spaghetti actually increases silver in the body, I do not even consider colloidal silver supplements, we are now using the silverware we inherited from our parents and it seems to help us and we don't turn blue. My mom has signs of epilepsy from an accident as well and I’ve noticed she eats or avoids certain foods like you do I might bring this discussion up with her if I can remember too. She’s waiting on biopsy results now to figure out what wrong with her, one doctor says it’s Parkinson’s another says it’s something else, really sucks. As for me , I found alot of what you said fascinating for some reason because I avoid avocado, kiwi, and bananas also and my only reasons are that kiwis make my mouth itch, bananas are just nasty and have a weird texture and taste that I’d rather avoid, and same thing with avocados. However - I love avocado salsa. My grandma makes something called cabbage soup all the time so I love cooked cabbage, and potatoes I eat potatoes every day for breakfast, with peppers and onions. you know, talking to you is cool because I take a holistic approach, or try to, when it comes to my own body. I also decline muscle spasm meds for my neck/shoulder/back because I don’t want to trick my body and brain into thinks everything’s good when it’s just not. So lately I’ve been in the gym 4-5 days a week, I stretch in moderation, use a foam roller often, and I’ve been paying really close attention to what I’m eating. I only drink water and milk, I buy pineapples and have a ring or two from the can each day, once it’s open. However I will say this, my gut health has been so poor over the last year I had to get an ultrasound about a month ago and nothing turned up there so I figure my aching stomach every morning upon waking up was due to me hitting my vape the second I opened my eyes. I’ve know it’s not smart to throw sugary artificial flavor down the hatch first thing but I do it anyway. I’m trying to be better in that regard for the sake of my stomach and myself. Lately my stomach has been a lot better and it’s weird because my doctor prescribed probiotic chews that I took for a week or two and then stopped. I don’t drink beer really and I don’t smoke weed or do any other drugs. I’m a veteran who’s growing tired of being at home and lonely even though my bills are mostly taken care of and I don’t need to ask anyone for help which I thank god for everyday. Once I start working again maybe I’ll use work as an excuse to have some beers or smoke again but who knows. Anyway a lot of what you said actually relates to me, indirectly, which I find really interesting. I admire your knowledge man and love learning so thanks for sharing!

Kiwi makes my throat itch too, and I had one Kiwi berry at the coop where we shop for some more organic foods or local grown mostly organic raised foods...local foods sold there are not certified organic sometimes. With the Kiwi berries, you pop the whole berry in your mouth, the rind is tough. My throat got all itchy, so did my ears and face and even under my arms from that. No more free samples of that for me. Good thing I make adequate digestive antihistamines genetically, otherwise I would have had to have had an inhaler. I can eat a small amount of guacamole, but I don't care for the taste of avocado much for some reason. Avacado enzymes deactivate the DAO enzymes which can cause a person to have more severe reactions to things they are allergic to. If you genetically don't produce adaquate or proper DAO enzymes, than you will have more severe allergies from food. My grandkids have some problems with that, their DAO enzyme snips are all red. I got my wife and mine, my ex-wife's, my two daughters, my one son-in laws, my grandkids, and my granddaughters husbands DNA done through ancestry and got the livewello and promethease apps for all of them. I was able to use their genetic data, and mine, to identify many things which match known conditions. I have multiple pathways in methylation and others, so I wondered why I did not have some common problems but it seems like there were other genetic snps or gensets that made up for some of these, and of course, the way I have eaten most of my life negates any risk of some of the revised intolerances. I started evaluating why I disliked some things and why I craved others at times. After researching many metabolic pathways, enzymes, and how to interpret what I was seeing I was able to understand things. I spent over forty hours on two metabolic systems with reading and evaluating the research. Four ten hour days, minimum to try to understand why I do not have a problem...which identified one reason I was able to tolerate some of them. Since my liver cannot metabolize things sometimes, my skin can do the job, if I sweat it will clear chemicals out of my body or biproducts of enzymic reactions the liver cannot deal with properly. So, you exercising and sweating is helping. Now the Finns have another system, so do native Americans for detoxing...Saunas...they will work too. What blocks the action of the skin from dumping the toxins can cause more load on the organs too, like deodorants and stuff in soaps and shampoos that makes the skin look smooth by puffing up the cells. So some soaps and shampoos I cannot tolerate, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, and others might make you sweat less, but dampen the skins ability to detox somewhat. Think about that....do you think any of that might apply to you?

It’s got wood panels and a machine in the corner to heat up rocks — instead of the steam ones which to be honest I don’t even like the steam ones since airborne illness, in my opinion, is probably more likely to survive in the steamy ones. Not that I have an issue getting sick often, I’m almost never sick. Propylene glycol is one of the 4-5 ingredients in the juice I use to vape — vegetable glycerin, nicotine and some flavor additives. Here’s a question for you, is there anything meaningful and sustainable I can do for a low red and white blood cell count? I noticed mine are just above the acceptable threshold when looking at my lab work(that the doctor failed to mention like it’s not a big deal? Really couldn’t believe it). I’ve known for some time that I have small airways in my lungs and a low red blood cell count but lately now that I’m working out again (and when I was in the army I was prescribed an inhaler to use before runs after a ton of different testing the doctors did to figure out was I was having no trouble maxing the pushups and sit-ups but failing the run) I’ve noticed I get dizzy and nauseous and an aching in my head if I labor my body too hard, like today I nearly passed out after leg pressing two plates 8 times for 3 sets. I have iron pills but lately I’ve started to incorporate more red meat and broccoli in my diet instead of relying on iron pills. Should I drop the anti-pill stuff and start taking them everyday? I drink water all day, my piss is usually very light so I don’t think it’s a hydration thing. I’ve been eating plenty of carbs so my body has something to use when it’s time to work out. What do you think are some foods I should consider adding to my diet?

What do you think are some foods I should consider adding to my diet? I had good luck with getting rid of the spinny head and lightheadedness with a small dose (500 mg) L-glutamine tablet every morning. Your problem sounds like with sweating you might be low on electrolytes. Methyl Folate is good for increasing red blood cells, but only if you are actually deficient in Folate. My genetics show I lack normal conversion of folic acid to folate which is the active form. I also need to have the methyl form of b-12....Methylcobalamin. I also have problems properly utilizing cyanocobalamin genetically, so I just get a B-Rite complex which I take one tablet every other day or so. If I don't eat much meat, my level does go down. With the problem with folate, I have problems with the third step of red blood cell formation so I just need to have adequate intake, I have a common condition in some areas of Scandinavia called AIP Porphyria where I do not assemble porphyrins a lot, but I have another genetic trait that means my red blood cells live twice as long so there is no problem unless I donate blood...I did that twice and after telling the guy taking my blood that I went sleep for thirty hours he chuckled and then looked at my blood test chart and started to shake and took out the needle out of my vein and said never give blood again. He never told me what the actual problem was, he was kind of acting strange when he read that. So I quit donating. My nephew is also banned from donating for the same reason, he slept for whole days after donating. He tried doing it for the fifty bucks, we got nothing for donating years ago when I donated. If you have this genetic trait or some of the other porphyria genes, you could have some issues with that. My wife has the Urod porphyria gene active, she bruises easily because the iron does not stick to the porphrins well, so it comes off when she bumps her arm. I think that was about the eighth step. I am doing this from memory. Now my oldest daughter has the active porphyria genes that make her very intolerant to sunlight. She turns red quickly, and her skin feels like she is burning. That is probably what some people had that led to the vampire myths. The AIP porphyria being active with both coppies can cause crazy or delusional thinking if you eat too many green veggies So, basically I would be considered the werewolf, not a vampire. But only if I do not get enough meat in my diet do I howl at the moon when I was drinking with friends around a campfire in my twenties. Strange thing about the vampire myth and garlic. Actually consumption of garlic in moderation seems to have a protective effect, maybe hanging garlic in your house and adding it to your food keeps you from becoming delusional like a vampire or a werewolf by cleansing out porphyrins from the blood. Chlorophyll in plants I think has a porphyrin ring with a magnesium in center instead of iron. So eating lots of plants will actually overload it in the blood if you can't use it I'm doing this all from memories and after years, my memories may be a little flawed, and I have tried to convert the information from science to laymans terms to memorize it. That way when I talk to people they listen instead of feeling intimidated and lost and will actually know more of what I am saying. I can understand the language of the professionals pretty well, but most people can't |
