Random Astral projectoin
#1
Curious if this happened to anyone else?

This one is a bit strange, involuntary and happened while just relaxing before going to sleep. The best I can do to describe it is I projected as something else and spoke to "me" in the third person. My eyes wasn't even closed.

Skipping some steps. It happens, it's just not talked about. I know how to induce it, can explain it step by step. The method is currently occulted and I want to play with it more.

In general spontaneous OOBE's do occur as a side effect and I never see that posted with instructions or in videos etc.

Do you have instructions?

I've always called it the random/wrong turn on my way to the lands of slumber, sound awake in a sense. I'd be interested in getting into methods since it's typically random for me. I've went places once or twice but usually just float about admiring the new found level of perception.

Ever looked into a mirror in that state?

There is a doorway in the instant between wakefulness and sleep.  If you be the watcher through that period. You can attain very deep states of meditation.  A practice called Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep.

It's not OOBE

instructions..I need to follow the rabbit still on it, it's possibly something they do from Genpo Roshi , "Voice Dialogue" combined with other practices. These practices often lead to horrors and other side effects, so I first want more info before I just post stuff..

"I" didn't have control it wasn't me, more like merging consciousness with something else and looking through it's eyes, I was also still there.. It was pretty horrifying to be honest after the fact. Fortunately it's not a thing happening to me and just something I induced.

Only found the doorway though my own experimentations.  But when questioning a Hindu site, I was told its very similar to method called Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. I just lay down. Sinking deeper and deeper into myself.  Until my body starts going to sleep.  If I remain as the watcher witnessing body going to sleep (instead of entering a dream state).  I eventually experience a very prolific frequency shift (very loud twang). If I can get past that. I enter the atman (or what christians call the temple within).  If you bathe in that emptiness.  You can experience temporary states of samadhi etc.
