They are then given the opportunity to enhance their genetics and transform into an ascended being. The designers, who were most likely Atlantean, created this as an ace in the hole in a timeline where evil prevails.

1:17:15: Brett discusses Moksha, liberation from the incarnational cycle, and the remote viewing results they came back with. Suffice it to say that reincarnation on Earth is a trap; we are like bees producing honey for grander beings.

1:37:00: Brett reveals what is going on in Antarctica. Several types of artifacts are being researched. One artifact can levitate objects. Another is a mineral which affects human biology and human consciousness. Humans are being experimented on with this technology in bases constructed around the '40s/'50s. When the mineral is used in a certain way, it can erase the conscious mind of an individual, turning people into drones that take orders without question. These experiments weren't very successful.

This... consensus...makes me wonder about how wrong they might be, and how rigorously they considered such a declaration... for a suppositional model...

... and in what way is it that they came to this notion?... Is it a thing told? a thing observed? a feeling?  or a common framework of interpretations? ... (You know me... always on the lookout for the "cloister" effect.)

It's multifaceted. You cannot kill an immortal spiritual being. The worst you do to it, is wipe its memory, and imprison them into a defunct biological body. Then, harness and utilize all the natural essence / energy from the energy we are misappropriating throughout the Matrix system. 

We have all been placed here individually, for different reasons. Fact is, it's a galactic prison. There is nothing to gain from any type of memory wipe. It negates our entire education process......

I'm curious about these remote viewers and the things they say and how they are doing what they are doing, it's almost as if they have never actually done it..
