[confession]

I accept that any theorizing about a 'non-tangible' can always become extremely evidentiary in those well-immersed into the ideas like aether (thanks for not calling me out on the word.)  Never mind the multiple complexities of higher dimensional considerations.  I have always been interested, but not equipped, to delve into these matter which require mathematics ranging into the esoteric.  I plead ignorance as a shield as I proceed.

[/end confession]

The model that I've come to accept is ridiculously simple and slightly out-of-reach at the same time, and the fact that I began this post with somewhat a paradoxical statement is prelude to what is being delved into here.

It does become "evidentiary" more and more with bits of pieces(like puzzle pieces) as the time passes, but you'll likely never be able to submit it as proof of anything. it's just a riddle, a game obscured in absurdities. You can however submit your ideas to internet forums as I do, but I think there are 'conditioning factors' at play that prevent such ideas from manifesting in exactly the same way in the minds of others.

For me personally, (so as not to regress too far here) there came a point where I chose expansion/inflation theories over M-theory, and I did that for at least a couple reasons. I found other prominent models and existential concepts to align more favorably with expansion theories with some concepts and ideas transpiring at the deepest roots of existence which I suppose is/was my primary areas of interest. I wanted to know everything, or at least as much as I could as a player of this "game".

Another, eventually, and ultimately there was this paramount concept of eternity and how such a model (any model) would mesh with that.

There are definitely some things omitted here in such a brief summary and there were some isolated and somewhat prolonged stints of indulgence in related areas such as 'time' which is quite a topic all by itself.

I was also thinking I'm going off topic here, and I probably should have diverted to one of my other threads at the outset, and I've barely even touched your post, so maybe I'll keep that in mind for next time.

It was, that like the antenna on a radio set, perhaps it could be picking up signals from multiple sources, multiple stations if you will. And no need for it to just operate in "receive-only" mode, eh?

So then, what if the brain is more of a nexus for quantum-level communication between multiple sources?  A place where signals can interact with each other, and the physical world?  And the structure of the gross "neural-net" is merely akin to "client-side rendering" of a webpage, something done to avoid excess communication and place the results closer to where they will play out, not the actual source itself?

Well, supposedly its "spooky action at a distance" which means the quantum entanglement of two particles leads them to both react in the same manner to external stimuli, even when separated by long distances. So, much worse than a radio, as the controlling stimuli could potentially be anywhere.

The whole idea behind neural-nets is supposed to be mimicking the basic actions of the brain. I suppose the implication here is that the controlling quantum entity could, given the appropriate knowledge, literally create memories in somebody's head. Ssssppppppoooookkkyyyyy for sure.

I'm thinking of the brain more like a quantum computer with the memories being instructions. If one can implant memories, one can dictate which instructions are executed much the same way finding a direct memory exploit in webserver software can lead to unrestricted code execution.

At least for our sakes, RF can only travel ~75 miles without the ionosphere over the surface of the earth. Satellite though... anyone in clear view of the satellite could receive it's RF transmissions. Quantum? All bets are off. I'm not sure I really want to think about the implications of that.
