Reflections, sometimes they stare back. The Dark Reflection Ritual is a fun thing to try every now and then for those bored of regular pranks. Ultimately one's reflection begins to appear  differently and even move independently. I am a big fan of mirrors, and traditionally they used a thin layer of silver for the reflective property.

There is a subtle  difference between moderns and the antique varieties due to the perfecting of the silvering process. It could be that less than perfect silvering standards of antiquity may be responsible for the distortions people have seen when claiming haunted mirrors and such. However, virtually everyone playing these Dark Mirror ritual games started after the 2010's and if there is anything truly supernatural happening at all there must be some kind of transference, interference, or interaction of energy made possible by the conductive properties of the silver itself.

I always look people in the eyes when communicating. However that is considered direct, or aggressive in some Asian cultures.
